Very good place to stay. The room I had was small but enough for one person

We had the pleasure to stay in Wame Suite Hotel in Istanbul, it was Close to Osman-bey metro station which is very Good location for shopping area.

At the hotel the staff were super helpful & were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable.
The rooms we stayed in as a family were clean &The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of fresh options,

I did enjoy staying in the WAME Suite, it is a great and safe place to stay .
Also the reception person ( Murat Tas) was a very nice person and super super helper and supportive in all matters .

I would recommend to anyone to stay in this hotel and reach out to Murat if you need anything and he speaks English fluently as well .

Il personale dell'hotel è molto gentile e sempre disponibile. Colazione turca ok e buffet sempre ordinato e con cibo fino alle 1030 del mattino. Camera grande per Istanbul. La pulizia della camera lascia un po' a desiderare. In complesso l'ubicazione dell'hotel è buona.

Excellent location in a quiet street just a short stroll from Osmanbey Metro Station - with its many bars and restaurants adjacent. Staff on reception desk very helpful with any queries.

This was a really bad experience. The room was not clean. The bathroom is old dated and smells badly. Not hygienic at all. Stay away, for that's price you can get better hotels in the area.
110 euro for a night!!!

The hotel is situated just stone throw distance from the high streets of Nişantaşı and Osmanbey. Many shops and restaurants around. The Wame Suite Hotel has 7 floors. My room was a standard double on the 6th floor. The room was very clean and had all the facilities which was mentioned during the booking. The breakfast had a good variety of food and drinks. The staff were very kind and helpful.

Non silent rooms with doors between (lol :). You’ll hear neighbors very well. Price doesn’t not meet expectations. In a good way, a hotel at such a cost should have quiet isolated rooms. We were afraid to leave things there.

It was the most horrible and worst experience I have ever had in a "hotel". And I've been around a lot.
I booked a deluxe room with a city view for 2 days. On the day of arrival i arrived late in the evening and got a room (room 105).
I noted that I was given a normal room, without a city view, without giving it any further thought at first, since it was already very late,
I was tired from the long day and still had an appointment outside. I arrived back at night and immediately went to sleep.
The room is dirty, very badly soundproofed and you can hear the telephone at the reception, for example.
However, this is just a small foretaste of what is to come:
The next morning, I noticed a very bad smell from the sewage system. it was awful, horrible and gross. I went straight to the front desk, where they responded and said I could change rooms. And that in the middle of my stressful appointment, which was usually waiting for me outside. At the same time, I asked to contact the Manager, who said he would send a worker to room 105 to fix the problem. He further said I could stay a third night in the "hotel" for free. Sort of making up for the sewer smell of room 105. I agreed, thinking it was a fair response.
Incidentally, a hotel employee who was supposed to bring my suitcase and other things from room 105 to the new one also noticed the sewerage smell and could hardly stand it himself. Of course, the manager, later wanted nothing more to do with his own hotel employee. Very professional. But more on that in a moment.

I got another room for the second night. I was shocked to find that this is part of a connection suite.
However, I was given not a deluxe room but a part of a suite, a connecting suite usually meant for families. That is, the two rooms are connected by a door and there is a normal entrance and exit for both rooms. Now in my little room - of course, also with no city view - was a door on the left and a door on the right, so a connecting suite.

At the beginning, when entering the room, I didn't notice this complete circumstance 100%, and I was outside almost the whole time during the day.
Only at night, when i came back, the big reality: Now, there were guests on the left side and also on the right side. And me in the middle. I heard loud noises, conversations all night. I didn't want to call the Manager, because it was in the middle of the night and I had to leave early the next morning for an appointment.
I also didn't want to move to a new hotel in the middle of the night, which would have involved a lot of work. Who changes hotels in the middle of the night? Apart from the fact that a lot of things are fully booked in these times and you have to find something first. I decided to confront the "hotel" the following morning, asked for my money back and rejected the possible third, "free", night, in the small room of the connecting suite. I just wanted to get away from there.
Coincidentally, when I wanted to leave the "hotel", the Manager walked in.
When I told him that what he is doing here is fraud and I am frustrated and want my money back, he showed no understanding. No trace of regret, nothing at all. He also suddenly didn't want to have anything more to do with the smell of the sewage system in room 105, after he said to his employee at reception in front of me, "who is this boy supposed to be who noticed the same stench when he went to get your suitcase. ..I do not know him."
In fact, this boy was not to be seen that day either, probably already fired. Very professional. And no workers send to fix the problem in that room!
He said, I've been here two days now and there's no refund.
When I continued to confront him with problems of the rooms and the conditions of the rooms and he realized that he was actually just kidding himself, I should now get a third night, for free, but now in a deluxe room with a city view, so that what i actually booked anyway for the last two days. I declined and left.
Other, compared to my bigger problem, "minor" grievances:

No Wi-Fi. It doesn‘t work!
no towel rail in the bathroom.
very old furniture like from the 80s
No parking spot
No Service
Bad Location, difficult to reach
climate works badly

This is the second time we have stayed at Wame suites this year and we like it because it is an affordable and clean place and not huge hotel with all the frills that one doesn’t use! It’s an excellent location with Osmanbey metro on one side and the posh Rumeli Cadesso on the other. So if you like to stay away from the tourists areas at night at least, this is a great place. The breakfast has a great variety of Turkish cheeses, breads, eggs and olives along with something hot. It’a good value for the room rate and the staff is extremely helpful and considerate. I think we will always stay at Wame suites when in Istanbul. It’s also only 40 mins away from the airport.
The one thing that the owners of the hotel should do however is fix broken furniture or side boards in the hotel rooms. That just isn’t right. It reflects poorly on the hotel management and owners to keep broken chairs or not repair side boards that are falling off.

Location is in quite area but also very accessible to the shopping streets. Rooms are clean and big for the price. Service is good.

The washroom had a sawage smell all day. You can hear talking or noise from other buildings.

-management disappointing where i booked for 14 nights and when i informed them early i want to stay only for 13 nights they refused to return the last night money(although it was an early notice) but i guess as a small hotel they didn't care for their reputation.

- one night my air conditioner broke

won't repeat the the visit for the same value.
- my balcony has one broken chair and no table
-you can hear the other room noise easily

Stayed here for 3 nights and the service was impeccable. The staff were always so nice and accomodating, breakfast being very flexible in terms of time and no request went ignored.

The location is perfect with a quiet neighbourhood and proximity to high street and metro station.

Will definitely be staying again if ever in Istanbul.

Lovely hotel with a very nice breakfast in a good area close to Osmanbay metro station. The stuff in the hotel is very helpful and they keep the rooms clean all the time. There is complimentary water every day and small chocolates in your room.

Die Lage war sehr gut, drei Minuten zum Osmanbey Metro Station! Die Hotelangestellten waren sehr hilfsbereit, besonders nett war Frau Günay im Frühstücksraum! Nur was mich genervt hat war das Zimmermädchen die jeden morgen gefragt hat, ob sie das Zimmer putzen solle, wozu ist Sie eigentlich dort? Aber sonst war alles in Ordnung, würde das Wame Suite Hotel auf jedem Fall weiter empfehlen!

Best location near Osmanbey metro station and Nisantasi neighborhood. The only negative point was about our room in sixth floor. The last floor reachable by elevator was fifth floor and we had to go to next floor by using stairs!

I have stayed at Wame Suite Hotel several times and I have never been disappointed. From its amazingly friendly and hospitable staff to its great location, this boutique hotel is a hidden gem.
The WiFi is also fast and reliable. It is in walking distance of Osmanbey, the posh area of Nisantasi and easily accessible by (close to 3 bus stations:pangalti, osmanbey and bomonti) as well as the metro.

Incredibly central location. Very clean and large hotel rooms. Excellent service from front desk to cleaning people. Delicious breakfast. There are many things to see in Istanbul. This hotel is n amazingy central for both business and pleasure.I will be back for sure.
