なんとなく家族的な雰囲気のホテル。
遅くなると駐車場のスペースがない。また狭い。
スタッフの対応はごく普通で悪くはない。
朝ご飯は内容、量共に満足。近くに飲食店が多いので晩御飯に困ることはない。
総合的に次回も宿泊したいと思う。

立地は繁華街の中心部にあり、大変便利｡徒歩圏内の道の駅は生鮮野菜や果物、お惣菜なども揃っているので車がない方にはおすすめです。駐車場も出入り口が2箇所あり、駐車しやすそうでした。滞在時、韓国の野球部の団体が滞在していましたが、フロアーを離したり、朝食時間をずらしたりしてあり、混雑や騒音などは全く感じませんでした。エレベーター内の大型客船到着日の表はとても親切だと思います。現在宮古島では客船到着日タクシーが枯渇してしまうので、要注意です。

掃除が行き届いているとは言い難く、施設も古いけど、洗濯機・ポット・大きめの冷蔵庫が部屋にあったり便利で快適でした。
スタッフの方も親切で丁寧で良かったです。
近くにファミリーマートやお土産屋さん、有名な飲食店も多く便利でした。

Pros:

エアコンが故障していた。
２日目からは部屋変更してもらえたが、どちらの部屋も掃除が荒く前泊者の体毛がユニットバスには落ちていた。
3泊までの宿泊は室内清掃は毎日なくタオル交換のみ。

それならそれで掃除くらいはちゃんとして欲しい。
