Exceptional customer service and facilities highly recommend.
Pros:

The location was great only a short walk into the main town. Great restaurant and lovely garden area with lake. Facilities included gym, outdoor pool and spa . The crowning glory was the staff all so friendly and welcoming couldn’t praise them enough. Thanks to Lou (front desk Manager) for all his help and advice.

Cons:

Nothing negative about the Sanctuary all very positive.

Le lieu, le jardin, l’emplacement, la gentillesse du personnel

Cons:

Notre chambre Unesco car sur la rue, bruyante, pas assez d’éclairage et l’eau chaude qu’il faut attendre pendant 5 bonnes minutes

Great personnel, nice touches throughout the hotel and very good breakfast - good choices and high quality.

Spacious, mostly quiet, nice mix of green and small buildings.

Cons:

Because it’s a wooden structure, the guests above us on the last morning woke us up by just walking up and down stairs or moving chairs around.

Ein hervorragendes Hotel für einen Besuch in Luang Prabang! Die gesamte Anlage ist unglaublich gepflegt und ansprechend gestaltet – besonders der Seerosenteich sorgt für eine entspannte Atmosphäre.
Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Zimmer, das ausgesprochen geräumig war. Auch die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen; es gibt sogar einen Pool und einen Fitnessraum. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und bot einen tollen Start in den Tag.
Ein besonderes Highlight war unser Abendessen im hoteleigenen Restaurant „Chez Auguste“. Die Mischung aus asiatischen und vor allem französischen Kreationen ist sehr gelungen. Dazu muss man unbedingt die Cocktails probieren – die waren hervorragend!
Abgerundet wird der Aufenthalt durch die tolle Lage und das bemerkenswert freundliche Personal. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Allerbeste ontbijtje! Prachtig hotel
Pros:

Prachtig hotel, lekker gym en het allerbeste ontbijt van 3 weken reizen. Alles vers en heerlijke baksels uit de bakkerij!

Cons:

Alles dik in orde. Je moet buitenom door de binnentuin van gebouw naar gebouw en het regende en er was maar 1 paraplu op de kamer.

Super endroit !
Pros:

Les chambres sont spacieuses et nettoyées régulièrement. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment super ! Le personnel est aux petits soins. On est très content de notre séjour ici.

Cons:

La wifi qui est précise comme haut débit n’a jamais fonctionné correctement avec beaucoup de coupure et comme il n’y a pas beaucoup de réseau téléphonique c’est compliqué pour utiliser internet.

La salle de bain est un peu vieille pour un hôtel de ce standing.
