Due to floods our properties closed from 23rd of July to 10th of August so l request you to please cancel all the booking since we don't have electricity supplier water supply food supply in our property since we don't have electricity, so over system is also not working and we don't have access to any of our systems.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Gut, aber Achtung vor überraschenden Preiserhöhungen.
Pros:

Personal war sehr freundlich, Frühstück und Abendessen waren reichlich und sehr gut.
Zimmer waren im großen und ganzen sauber. Der Pool war ansprechend.

Cons:

Meine Buchung erfolgte über Booking. Vor Ort erklärte man mir das sich ein Fehler in der Preisgestaltung eingeschlichen hätte und man uns die Zimmer so nicht anbieten könne. Am Ende wurde durch The Deltin die Buchung storniert und ich bekam mein Zimmer aber zu einem höheren Preiß als auf Booking. Da ich geschäftlich unterwegs war und das Zimmer dringend brauchte, akzeptierte ich dieses Vorgehen. Allerdings bleibt das Gefühl hier übers Ohr gehauen wurden zu sein.

Pros:

Had roaches in my room in a 5 star hotel. Even after fumigation, I saw more near my luggage. Didn’t elgey refund for a terrible night mare I had. Last day got an upgrade and complimentary dinner. In general I would expect more sanitation in a 5 star hotel.
