Due to floods our properties closed from 23rd of July to 10th of August so l request you to please cancel all the booking since we don't have electricity supplier water supply food supply in our property since we don't have electricity, so over system is also not working and we don't have access to any of our systems.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. The staff is very rude
Had roaches in my room in a 5 star hotel. Even after fumigation, I saw more near my luggage. Didn’t elgey refund for a terrible night mare I had. Last day got an upgrade and complimentary dinner. In general I would expect more sanitation in a 5 star hotel.
The hotel is beautiful and well maintained.
