Heavenly stay at this wonderful hotel.
Special mention for Claudia, who gave the best massage. The spa was wonderful. I didn't want to leave. The location was excellent. There are no negatives.

Pros:

Geweldige locatie! Hartje centrum maar toch erg rustig. Parkeergarage voor de huurauto was top. Het personeel is zo ontzettend vriendelijk. Het grote dakterras met barretje, ligbedden en service was heerlijk. In het echt is de locatie veel mooier dan op de foto’s.

Comfortable stay in the heart of the historic old town in a beautifully restored property.
Pros:

Beautifully renovated historic building; roof terrace with loungers, bar and views of the city; comfortable and tastefully decorated room; good choice at breakfast.

Cons:

It would have been great to have had a small carton of milk in the minibar for our morning tea. (There were small pots of cream for coffee, but cream in tea doesn't taste very nice!)

Loved everything about Palma. Second time visiting and will return again
Pros:

Location was excellent.
Rooms were really nice.
Beautiful bathroom and fabulous shower
Plentiful supply of bottled water every day
Really quiet room which we appreciated

Cons:

View from bedroom window was on to a high wall which blocked a lot of light . Appreciate the fact that is city centre
Breakfast at 25€ per head is too expensive .

Perfect place for luxury city break
Pros:

Outstanding. Down a quiet cobbled street in the old city, set back in a shaded courtyard the hotel oozes chic calm. It’s a small hotel but makes up for it with beautifully designed rooms and a lovely roof top terrace + small plunge pool. staff could not have been more helpful!

Cons:

The pool looked larger on the photo's and so this was a bit disappointing.
The Sauna was cold and the plunge pool was tepid so not a great experience in the spa.
I paid for a relaxing massage but it ended up been a De Tox massage instead?? It was good but not what I had booked.
