The best hotel in palma
Pros:

Absolutely everything ❤️ this hotel is such a gem! Hidden away in the centre of palma, you walk in and it transports you into a different world. The decor is stunning and has stayed true to the spanish culture. The staff are incredible and genuinely care about your stay there, they cannot do enough for you and will help anyway they can.

Cons:

Nothing!! It is perfect.

Pros:

Beautiful property with rich history and stunning interiors. The location sits close to the centre of the old town, which made it easy to explore everything on foot.

We also received a room upgrade, which made the stay even better. The room included a hot tub, which felt perfect after a long day exploring the city.

The staff stood out from the moment we arrived. Everyone helped with anything we needed and remained attentive and accommodating throughout our stay.

The spa facilities felt clean, calm, and well maintained. A great place to relax after a day out.

We also had dinner at the hotel one evening and the food tasted excellent. Huge thanks to the kitchen team who stayed open to prepare a meal for us.

Thank you again to the whole team, especially Hugo and Thomas. Your hospitality made the stay memorable

Wir wollten außergewöhnlich reizend empfangen. Außerdem hat man uns ein Upgrade für das
Zimmer gegeben. Das fanden wir außergewöhnlich. Bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt in Mallorca werden wir das Hotel wieder buchen.
