Man versucht jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Tolles Personal.

Das außerordentlich freundliche, zuvorkommende Personal.
Das Ambiente ist wunderschön und die Küche ausgezeichnet.

Cons:

Es wäre toll wenn es im Badezimmer mehr Möglichkeiten gäbe um etwas hinzuhängen.

Wohl eines der charmantesten City-Hotels das ich je gebucht habe.

Außergewöhnlich sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet.

Die Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter sind äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Gerne komme wieder in dieses Hotel, wenn ich das nächste Mal nach Palma reise.

Pros:

Beautiful rooms, very comfortable. In a quiet little alley. The breakfast was delicious. The front desk staff were very nice and helpful. The location is perfect - few minutes walk to restaurants, shops, old town. Highly recommend it!

Beautiful hotel in the heart of the Old Town with brilliant staff and great facilities.
Pros:

The location is perfectly situated in the heart of a quiet part of the Old Town, with quick and easy access to some excellent restaurants and tapas bars. I was upgraded from a standard to a superior room - which was excellent (huge bed, lots of room and great facilities). The staff are all incredibly helpful and friendly - I was walked to and from my car parking space and received WhatsApp advice about well-regarded nearby tapas bars.

Cons:

There was nothing I didn't like, but I would recommend an addition to the rooms which I know many other high end hotels have these days - iphone charging points.

Very pretty and clean

Cons:

We had a water leak in the bathroom that constantly left the bathroom floor slippery and there were several times we almost fell
We also experienced this annoying mosquito in our room we could not get rid of and would wake up everyday with bites
