Pros:

The Staff were outstanding. Tim, Reuben, & George were the staff we had continual contact with. The facilities and position are perfect. We highly recommend staying here, it’s 5 stars.
George cooks the best eggs. Thank you.

Has Hotel war sehr stilvoll eingerichtet, das Zimmer sehr gemütlich und das Frühstück lecker und regionale hochwertige Produkte

Cons:

Der Skiraum ist gleich beim Eingangsbereich und wenn man vorbeiläuft, ist es deutlich zu riechen. Ist aber geklagt auf hohem Niveau. Beim Buchen der Zimmer darauf achten, dass man Blick auf das Matterhorn hat. Wir hatten es leider nicht, sondern Blick auf eine Hauswand vom Nachbarhotel und dadurch auch keine Sonne.

przepiękny hotel w świetnej lokalizacji, niestety słabe śniadania
Pros:

przepiękny hotel, wyjątkowo urządzony w alpejskim, ale nowoczesnym stylu, dopracowany w każdym szczególe wyjątkowo i ze smakiem.

Cons:

Niestety punktację obniża zdecydowanie średnie śniadanie jak na cztery gwiazdki poniżej poziomu, również dziwne i krępujące (chociaż pięknie wygląda) rozwiązanie z przeszkoloną toaletą

Outstanding home away from home
Pros:

I cannot speak highly enough about this boutique hotel. From the warm welcome from Tim, Ruben and the team until our departure they did everything to make us feel comfortable and at home. The breakfast team ( so lovely ) and the housekeeping staff were also wonderful and so helpful.
We had a Panorama apartment that looked directly at the Matterhorn and surrounds….just wow!
The apartment was spacious, beautifully styled and very comfortable…. Spotlessly clean with everything you need.
The Matterhorn lodge is in a perfect position, close to the restaurant’s, shops etc but not right on the Main Street so that it is very quiet.
Walking distance to access the slopes easily but there are also little taxis that can take you where you want to go.
Just a pleasure to stay at Matterhorn lodge and in Zermatt, would not hesitate to stay again. Thank you guys!

Pros:

Great staff - very very friendly and helpful! Room was outstanding as was the bed and shower. Lovely design for the hotel interior. Breakfast was nice.

Très bel hôtel cosy, mais avec prestations de service allégées en regard de la catégorie 4*
Pros:

Très bel hôtel, extrêmement bien situé et très tranquille. Surclassé à notre arrivée, nous avons bénéficié du penthouse dont la surface est énorme et qui est située dans les derniers étages. La vue sur le Cervin était donc complètement dégagée. La chambre était vraiment très confortable et bien équipée. L'hôtel dispose d'un espace Spa dans lequel nous avons bénéficié de très bons massages. Le local pour les skis et les souliers de ski est chauffé et dispose de casiers pour sécher les souliers.

Cons:

Nous avons regretté qu'il n'y ait pas de boissons et snacks (minibar) dans la chambre, ni vraiment de room service...
Dans cet hôtel 4 étoiles (ou présenté comme tel) il ne faut pas s'attendre au même niveau de service qu'un 4 étoiles ailleurs qu'à Zermatt. Il y a très peu de personnel (3 personnes en dehors du ménage et souvent pas présentes en même temps), bien que celui-ci est extrêmement aimable, chaleureux et serviable, et on ne peut donc prétendre aux mêmes exigences de service que partout ailleurs pour ce prix et cette catégorie.
Pour ma part, je l'ai regretté.

Best stay ever!
Pros:

The staff, location, breakfast and spa is top notch! The rooms are very spacious and clean. Honestly, beyond the hotel being amazing, the staff makes this place 10/10. We want to return asap!

Such a great experience - right in town so easy access to lifts and restaurants
Pros:

Everyone was so friendly and helpful, very really went out fo their way to make it enjoyable. The location is great, blocks away for bus to paradise and an easy walk to Sunnega tram. Breakfast was great very high quality bread, meat and cheese. Perfectly cooked to order eggs, and coffee -fantastic.
