Jacuzzi didn’t hot
Everyone was so friendly and helpful, very really went out fo their way to make it enjoyable. The location is great, blocks away for bus to paradise and an easy walk to Sunnega tram. Breakfast was great very high quality bread, meat and cheese. Perfectly cooked to order eggs, and coffee -fantastic.
Everything was top notch. Hotel was super clean, well located,friendly staff.

Great location, superb staff (Reuben) and the most incredible room overlooking the Matterhorn.

From the moment I walked in, Tim greeted me and made my check-in very seamless. The hotel location was perfect, an easy few-minute walk to the town, the slopes, and anywhere you wanted to go. I loved having little fruit, snacks, and water for all guests to enjoy going in and out of the hotel.
