Didn't feel like a hotel. It was cozy and boutique lodge...
Pros:

Spacious rooms with balcony. Fantastic shower!!!. Large bathrooms. So close to everything. Very friendly staff. Loved the fresh omlettee made to order for breakfast. Nice cold flavouwater in the lobby. Highly recommended.

Mehr geht, aus unserer Sicht, nicht! Die Lage und Einrichtung, aber besonders die (echte) Herzlichkeit des Personals
waren einmalig. Dort hätten wir's noch eine Weile ertragen.

A lovely place to stay in Zermatt.
Pros:

It is in a great location and the flowers are beautiful. The room was very roomy with a very nice bathroom, deck and comfortable bed. The breakfast was delicious. The reception staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

We did pay extra for a room to see the Matterhorn - I had assumed all the rooms had that view.

the room had order of sewage it was fine when we left the door open. overall the facility was nice.

staff was nice...breakfast seem stressful at times for staff and i could sense through their demeanor

Pros:

マッターホルンを望む素敵な庭付きのホテルで、室内の調度品が素晴らしくスイスのホスピタリティに溢れたおもてなしを、スタッフの皆様から頂きました。
バスローブやスリッパもあり、滞在にゆとりを感じました。
朝食会場の内容も素晴らしくオーダーの好みに合った手作りの卵料理や、美味しいパンも美しく並べられ果物チーズ、フルーツ全てが満足でした。

大きなバスタブ付きでリラックスでき、帰りは、お忙しい時間帯にも関わらず、笑顔で小さな可愛い女の子も一緒に鉄道駅まで送ってくださり、本当に感謝しております。

Hôtel très agréable avec un personnel extrêmement arrangeant et sympathique. La chambre était très spatieuse

Cons:

Nous avons surtour apprécié la gentillesse du personnel, qui nous a préparé un petit déjeuner la veille au soir pour pouvoir le prendre très tôt avant une course, et qui nous a permis de nous servir de la douche, même après notre check-out

Bon emplacement, assez central.

Cons:

Le manque d'intimité dans la chambre. La baignoire et le lavabo donnaient directement sur la chambre sans aucune séparation.
Je n'ai pas aimé la chambre.

Pros:

Wonderful hospitality. The hotel staff welcomed us like home. Delicious breakfast. We also received a shuttle to the train because it was raining. If I return to Zermatt I would be happy to stay again.

Cons:

The only thing I would like to improve is installing a door in the bathroom. There are two reasons for this, the first is privacy, the second is that anyone who enters the bathroom at night turns on the light and it is disturbing.
