Staff forgot about our early breakfast request. Restaurant area was not clean.

Access to beach. Nice pool although chlorine was strong.

It was dated and with a little bit more effort it could be really special. A little more attention to detail on presentation. Communication was minimal. We had to ask everything, no information was given to us.
We have very much enjoyed ending our month in Sri Lanka at The Amagi Beach Hotel.
It is in a very quiet neighbourhood, which is exactly what we wanted. The beach, pool, staff and food (prepared by Ruwun) have all been excellent and we haven’t wanted for anything.
There was a slight problem with our booking which was address by the management and overcome quickly and agreeably.
I would like to especially thank Malani and Thushan for looking after us.
I wouldn’t hesitate to book again or recommend to friends and family.

Staff isn't prepared for a great experience. Staff is very laid back. The room isn't great. Just okay. Feels like there no privacy.
