En la mesetilla de nuestra habitacion ,otos huespedes habian dejado como dies pares de zapatos,carritos de bebe bolsas de plastico otrasbolsas con otras cosas , sillas etc.
Para poder entrar en la habitacion tuvimos que saltar sobre todo esto,reclamamos el estado en el que estaba todo y dejamos la habitacion .
Nos dieron otra en otro lugar.No es la imagen que esperaba de este hotel

Uma experiência mediana, com excelente localização, mas que deixou a desejar nos detalhes.
Pros:

A minha estadia foi razoável. A localização é excelente, mesmo em frente ao mar, com uma vista linda, sem dúvida o ponto mais forte do hotel. Recomendo principalmente pela localização.

O atendimento foi ótimo. A equipa foi muito simpática, educada e atenciosa durante toda a estadia, o que fez diferença na experiência.

Cons:

Quanto às instalações, a limpeza estava aceitável, mas poderia ser melhor. A cama não era muito confortável, embora dê para “quebrar o galho” por uma ou duas noites. A casa de banho tinha um odor bastante desagradável, semelhante a esgoto, o que foi um ponto negativo importante.

Senti também falta de amenities no quarto, especialmente considerando que se trata de um hotel 4 estrelas. Pequenos detalhes fizeram diferença, como a ausência de itens no frigorífico, mesmo que fossem para consumo pago posteriormente.

Jantei no hotel e a comida era boa, mas faltou um pouco de tempero no geral. Não cheguei a experimentar o pequeno-almoço.

No geral, a experiência foi mediana. Como já trabalhei em hotelaria, sei que são detalhes que fazem diferença na perceção do hóspede. Infelizmente, não voltaria, mas reconheço que a localização e o atendimento são pontos muito positivos.

Nowhere near the 4 stars they claimed.
Cons:

The first room they have is had water coming in through the ceiling.
The third room had a dirty bathroom, but we took it. It was an "accessible" room on the first floor, but the lift wasn't working.
