Pros:

The location was perfect, near to bus stops and restaurants.

Cons:

Some of the receptionist especially during night shift can’t speak english so it was hard to communicate. They don’t follow the same procedure, we booked the room with free breakfast but since most of our tours starts early, we requested to have it packed as some guests are doing it at the hotel however when I requested the staff from the reception said that I should be the one to tell the cafe however some receptionist was able to arrange it for the other guest. Maybe the staff that day doesn’t want to help or they don’t know what to do. Anyhow they should all be brief.

Nice place to stay in the center of Almaty
Pros:

The location is excellent and the check in staff was nice. The room is spacious and the WiFi works well. I have a great view of the mountain range.

Cons:

The design of the shower could be a hazard… I really scared to step down from the stairs and fall over. I don’t recommend it to people with disabilities. The breakfast is normal.

Просторные номера, вид на горы из окна, относительно близко к большим торговым центрам и хорошим ресторанам. Вежливый персонал, всегда готовы помочь. Самая удобная кровать, на которой я спал. Есть маленький тренажерный зал, где для силовой тренировки всё нужное имеется. Недорогая стирка, есть утюг и гладильная доска.

Cons:

Завтрак не впечатлил. Было неплохо, но нельзя назвать его сильной стороной отеля.
