Minimal price, minimal amenities.
Pros:

We were able to book 2 beds. The room was clean and modern.

Cons:

We were unable to get a handicap with 2 beds, nor 2 beds on the first floor.

The heater didn't work right. We were unable to lower the temperature, so we had to turn it off... in February. It was chilly in the morning.

There is no refrigerator in the room, and there was no ice available nearby.

Pros:

Other than that it was quite. Restaurante store gas right next door

Cons:

Ok the soap dish was hanging off the wall. Tv dish is way to goofy two remotes. Someone needs to clean under the bed. Dirty. And if the floors in shower room were cleaner would have looked better. Other than that it was ok

I cannot say anything good about this place.

Cons:

This place is filthy inside and out. The bathroom didn't look like it had been cleaned in forever. There was pee dribbles dried on the toilet seat and crap smeared in the toilet. Hair all over the place. There was not even a clock in the room, no pictures on the wall, nothing but just a tv. The sidewalk around the place had dog poop and human feces on it, absolutely disgusting. The largest homeless camp is right next door to the motel- found out the state gives homeless people vouchers to stay there. It's a very seedy area and facility..

It was cheap.
Pros:

I liked the rate and location.

Cons:

The bed was terrible, I was yelled at for getting ice for our ice chest. If you're going to have a limit for amenities you should at least hang a sign or something. The employee hoped out of the front desk office to yell at me like I was trying to get away with something that I was already told not to do. All I responded to her was "okay" and closed my lid to start leaving. And she just went on about how if every room did that they wouldn't have ice. I had also seen several other people doing it within the times I went up to get coffee/use the microwave ext, so I actually got the idea from seeing someone else do it. And I thought I would "utilize my amenities" and save $5 from buying ice.

The owner is obviously super cheap but the staff tries to make up for it
Pros:

The only reason we stayed in this beat-up low-rate motel, is because the staff did everything possible to be nice, professional and accommodating

Cons:

Pet friendly hotel .. The room was very beat-up, stunk of pet urine really badly, only had 1 paper-thin towel for double occupancy.

Wonderful staff.
Pros:

Beautiful view, excellent access to town, freeway. Great view and really enjoyed the pool with my grandchild.

Cons:

Ok, the road noise wasn't perfect. You can definitely hear the highway.
