The front desk agent when I checked in.She was very nice and kind and considerate... I did like that the room was clean.However , the water was not that hot..
That there was not that much hot water no matter what time of the day I took a shower, and I did not like that.The only room available was on the second floor I have a bad back and bad knees...
They were super clean
It was loud from homeless people and tweakers walking around , they didn’t have a tub like I paid for and I’m disabled and when I asked she told me they didn’t have tubs
The last 4 times we have stayed there the room was dirty, the floors aren't getting swept and things under the beds and behind the bathroom door.
We were able to book 2 beds. The room was clean and modern.
We were unable to get a handicap with 2 beds, nor 2 beds on the first floor.
The heater didn't work right. We were unable to lower the temperature, so we had to turn it off... in February. It was chilly in the morning.
There is no refrigerator in the room, and there was no ice available nearby.
Other than that it was quite. Restaurante store gas right next door
Ok the soap dish was hanging off the wall. Tv dish is way to goofy two remotes. Someone needs to clean under the bed. Dirty. And if the floors in shower room were cleaner would have looked better. Other than that it was ok
I cannot say anything good about this place.
This place is filthy inside and out. The bathroom didn't look like it had been cleaned in forever. There was pee dribbles dried on the toilet seat and crap smeared in the toilet. Hair all over the place. There was not even a clock in the room, no pictures on the wall, nothing but just a tv. The sidewalk around the place had dog poop and human feces on it, absolutely disgusting. The largest homeless camp is right next door to the motel- found out the state gives homeless people vouchers to stay there. It's a very seedy area and facility..
