Pros:

The management knew the room is placed near the aircond compressor, yet you still located me and my family. Too noisy and too hot. When i called to change the room, you send the maintenance staff. Even the staff admit the room is for anyone to stay. We pay for the room, the services, kindly do justice to your customers.

Cons:

Everything. The second room, the shower floor has water drain issue.

affordable but worth the money
Pros:

the location which is nearby to everything

Cons:

to exit the parking lot, there’s a slight issue to detect my car number plate. asides from that, everything was well (room etc.)
