Good location but in the congested area. Hotel can improve the services.
Pros:

Location is okey, nearby shop dan convenience store. Easy access to grab car services.

Cons:

The area is in the middle of congested area during peak hours thus you need to plan yr travelling time accordingly.

Probably the hotel facilities management can improve the aircond temperature as the guest room that I stay was a bit warm despite I adjust the temperature to the coolest level ie 16 degree but it is still hot/warm. Only feel cold during late evening time. The lobby area also a bit warm.

The reception counter focal (ie the male guy)- probably can be more friendly or polite please! Sometime if the time of chk in for guest is not at the peak hour ie at 2pm++, probably do not keep them waiting until 3pm, as the room is ready earlier (was observed when they handed over the key, the room is ready! but still guest cannot check in earlier until 3pm!). Sometime pls use yr common sense or consideration and their best judgement also to allow guest to enter the room much earlier than 3pm esp for those having next appointment in their travelling schedule.

The hotel room was comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was good. The swimming pool was okay, but the water was quite cold.
