This would have been a great place to stay and very affordable if not for the terrible mattress on the bed

Apprciate the great customer service!
Pros:

Location was great. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Had everything we needed in the room.

Cons:

The first two rooms we tried smelled terrible (pretty sure it's the entrance carpets) but the third room was great. The staff was nice enough to work with us on this. There are lights constantly on that come into the room so it's hard to sleep so I didn't sleep good because of this. Might have been cause we were on the second floor?

Will not stay there again.
Pros:

Location was good, beds were comfy, like they are pet friendly.

Cons:

Room wasn't not cleaned at all, girl that worked there made the beds after we were in room. I bought cleaner and cleaned the bathroom myself, they never had ice or clean towels when requested. They don't serve breakfast like stated, the rates are way to high for the dirty rooms and service you get.

I should of looked somewhere else.
Pros:

The room was filthy to start off with. The floor was covered in black dog hair and some on the white sheets. We called to have it cleaned the next day and they told us they would have housekeeping take care of it. When we came back to the room for the second day the dog hair was still there nothing was properly cleaned. I asked for a broom at the front desk told them why and they really did not show concerns. I went back to our room to sweep all the dog hair. Good thing the rooms are so "cheap" you can do your own housekeeping. Terrible stay. Wouldn't recommend nor stay with you guys again.
