Beautiful. The buffet for breakfast provides many options. The hotel understands both the filipino culture and outside culture as well. The pool is spectacular. The service is top notch.
Good location and good food.
The reservation department did not act on the request made weeks before for a change of dates. They only acted when I explained in person and already there.
Our family has stayed here many times the last couple years. Always top notch service. The rooms are a good value. No complaints.

First time staying here and did not regret it. A great hotel with excellent location. There are a lot of food options nearby and even a mall in just under 5mins walk.

Checking in was a bit of a problem since I made 2 bookings…they couldn’t find one of the 2 bookings…but Ian was very very helpful and made things as seamless as possible.
We left early the next day for a meeting, and we did not return till 7pm…we were hoping to return to a clean and made up room and were quite disappointed to find our rooms the way we left them…I had to call 3 times before someone came to clean, and give us water, new towels and toilet paper…although Wowee(the housekeeping guy) was the absolute most respectful and was utterly apologetic for neglecting to oversee the cleaning of our room. However, the person I spoke to in front desk was very curt and apologetic and tried to spin the blame on us by telling us that we probably left the “do not disturb” sign on…which was off!
Check out was easier although they failed to print out a receipt…
