Cosy, peaceful, excellent family-run hotel
Pros:

The hotel was walking distance to the centre. It was not at the heart of the centre but this was an advantage because it was very quiet and peaceful.
The breakfast was excellent. The quality and taste of the food was really impressive.
The lobby area was very cosy, it felt like home.
The staff was so positive and helpful. It is even hard to call a staff because they are like members of a big family. Ms. Gabriela from the front office made our days with her smile.
We would definitely stay here again

Cons:

The hotel has a policy of closing the main entrance after certain hours and using the rear entrance that can be only opened with your room key. There isn't an active reception/help desk at nights and on Sundays. For me it was not a problem but for people who prefer to have a contact/helpdesk available 24 hours, this could be something to consider.

Leider nicht unsere Erwartungen erfüllt
Pros:

DIe Lage ist zentral und die Böblinger Innenstadt gut zu erreichen. Das Zimmer was sehr sauber und das Frühstück ausreichend, nett war die Möglichkeit, Brezen oder Obst für die Reise mitzunehmen.

Cons:

Im Zimmer war wohl mal eine Minibar, die Tür wurde einfach verriegelt. Bei der Wärme wäre ein kleiner Kühlschrank angenehm gewesen, zumal die Getränke im Eingangsbereich des Hotels nach einer gewissen Uhrzeit nicht mehr zugänglich sind. Die Rezeption war nur zu gewissen Zeiten besetzt. Die Farbe der Fensterbänke in unserem Zimmer blätterte ab, das ist in einem 4-Sterne-Hotel nicht akzeptabel. Die Qualität des Frühstücks überzeugte nicht durchgehend, der Obstsalat war matschig und mit Sicherheit nicht frisch zubereitet, das Rührei recht fade. Am ersten Tag wurde noch gefragt, ob wir Eierspeisen bestellen wollten, am nächsten Morgen, wohl bedingt durch den regen Betrieb, wurden wir nicht einmal begrüßt. Insgesamt kein 4-Sterne-Hotel.

Zeer goed hotel
Pros:

Mooie verzorde kamers, wel warm. Gelukkig een kleine ventilator op de kamer. Slaapbank wat hard om op te slapen. Het ontbijt was fantastisch. Met zo veel zorg gemaakt.
Tip! Ga zeker in de avond eten bij Da Alfredo op 10 min van het hotel. Een echt authentieke italiaans restaurant.

Cons:

Als ik iets moet benoemen is het toch de slaapbank.

Alte Ausstattung und nicht sehr sauber.
Pros:

Die Lage war schön, etwas am Rand und ruhig. 2 Balkone.
Das Personal hat auf Mail Nachfrage geantwortet.

Cons:

Sauberkeit, Ausstattung, alte und z. T. kaputte Möbel, mit Klebeband geklebt, alte Haare im Bad, sehr altes, knubbeliges Kopfkissen.
