Mal estado de servicio de aire acondicionado tv obsoleto,y sobretodo se escuchan los vecinos de todas sus actividades y no puedo descansar bien

Mal estado del Aire acondicionado, fallas en el servicio de sanitarios como falta de agua fría del lavamos falta de extracción de vapores y olores, servicio de T.V..obsoleto falta de señal libre y de paga y lo peor se escuchan los vecinos,con todas sus actividades y no dejan descansar.
Destaco la actitud profesional del personal, las habitaciones limpias y listas para recibirte, incluso tenia buen aroma la habitación, asi que si, una buena opción si estás de paso o si solo quieres tener un poco de privacidad para descansar
Quiza el check in, registrarnos tomó mas tiempo del que me hubiera gustado, pero eso ya nomas por buscarle puntos negativos, pero de ahi en fuera todo muy correcto.
La verdad tengo 6 años viniendo ha este hotel y note que cambiaron personal de recepción es muy amable y atento
Desayuno básico y todo básico
En la tv no sirvió, baje a decirle a la recepción dos veces y no me solucionaron.
La atención de la recepción, habitaciones limpias, incluía desayuno.
Se prendía muchas veces toda la noche la bomba del agua y se escuchaba mucho.
Buena ubicación y buena oferta a pesar de reservar con poca anticipación
No había opción para el desayuno. Sólo hot cakes y café
El personal en todo momento fue muy empático y accesible. Las instalaciones limpias y cómodas. Había agua caliente, la cama cómoda, el baño limpio, toallas limpias, jabón, shampoo, el staff en todo momento todos muy atentos. Gracias a Estrella, Melissa y a todos el equipo. Hicieron mi estancia muy cómoda. Sin duda regreso.
La zona tiene un tema con homeless pero tomando algunas precauciones en los horarios de salida, es un hotel muy cómodo para pasar una estancia buena en Monterrey.
