Im Großen und Ganzen sehr erholsam und schön.Wir werden auf jeden Fall mal wieder hingehen.
Pros:

Die Lage war super ,ein Wunderschönes Schwimmbad und der Wellness Bereich war auch
super.
Und auffallend alles sehr sauber.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war gut.
Das Essen war nicht schlecht aber anders als wir es in Südtirol gewohnt sind.

Für einen Wanderurlaub sind Lage, Verpflegung sowie Service top.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels und auch die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter ist nicht zu toppen.
Das Frühstück war sehr gut inkl. frisch zubereiteter Eierspeisen nach Wahl.
Das Abendessen beinhaltete mehrere Gänge, man konnte zwischen 2 Alternativen wählen, davon eine immer vegetarisch. Die angebotene Weinauswahl war ebenfalls sehr gut.
Die ruhige Lage und der Ausblick waren herausragend.
Hervorragender Ausgangspunkt für zahlreiche wunderschöne Wanderungen.

Cons:

Leider waren die Matratzen in einem sehr schlechten Zustand - Federkernmatratzen, bei denen man die Federn spürte.
Ich denke, man sollte dies keinem Gast zumuten, auch wenn man die Möglichkeit gehabt hätte einen Topper zu wählen, wäre es doch besser diese Unannehmlichkeit von vornherein gar nicht entstehen zu lassen.
Auch war das Mobiliar des Zimmers etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Erholsame, gemütliche Ferientage in freundlicher Atmosphäre mit feinem Essen

Ein sehr freundliches, aufgestelltes, fröhliches Personal. Zuvorkommend. Unsere 9jährige Tochter dufte zum Hauptgang Pommes mit Schnitzel oder Tomatenspaghetti bekommen. Das war gar kein Problem. Wir Eltern genossen ein ausgezeichnetes 5 Gänge Menü. Die Küche gab sich grosse Mühe. Das Salatbüffet schätzten wir sehr.
Der Pool war toll. Das Wasser und die Lift im Hallenbad sehr schön warm. Tee konnte geholt werden.
Es gab Bücher oder Gesellschaftsspiele zum ausleihen und Ordner mit Ausflugsideen.
Das Hotel verfügte über eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Ruhig und freundlich, familiär.
Im Zimmer war es ruhig und gemütlich. Die Betten sehr gut. Es war angenehm warm und sehr behaglich zum ausruhen und erholen. Das Hotel bietet einen wunderschönen Blick auf die Berge und fern in die Täler.

Wir hatten das Zimmer nach hinten zum Hang. Das nach vorne wäre schöner gewesen. Das Bett war etwas hart.
