Ona Beverly Hills Suites

Hotel reception was easy and quick, the staff on at the time were very helpful and polite. We checked in easily (doing it online makes it so much quicker)

Our apartment was beautifully clean and included everything we needed, our balcony overlooked the pool and gave us some lovely afternoon and evening sunshine all the way until sunset. Our TV didnt work but we phoned reception from our room and within 5 minutes the problem was rectified and there was english channels available too, which was really nice.

The facilities on site were very good, with 2 adult pools on different levels and a smaller children pool with a toilet next to each pool made it easier than going all the way back to our hotel room. The pools were both clean and refreshing on a hot day with lots of sunbeds available.

The hotel is located on a steep hill, but with a taxi rank a 1 minute walk away, getting back from a day out is very easy.

Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to be back again soon.

I would not stay in beverly hill suites again in the same room ,we were on the road side and could not sit on our balcony because of noisy busses and other traffic, our door into appartment was also on main thoroughfare for maids etc with noisy trolleys. Check in was complete, didn’t tell me anything about having to put a deposit on the A/C remote until i couldn’t switch it on when in room and unpacked, called reception and then was told… also had to sit watching a poor maintenance man try and fix the door as wouldn’t lock, and eventually it was fixed by a hotel guest in his swim shorts Watching him struggle

I come to Tenerife a lot, and this is the first time at this hotel, check in ok, room had issues that after talking too reception twice I couldn’t be bothered with the other issues,
Won’t stay here again, a lot of better run facilities in the area…

The key cards were constantly not working . And locked out or in the apartment air-conditioning untit not working properly in sons room told maintenance never fixed

Grounds in the property well kept,rooms are a bit tired beds very hard,but in general it is what it is pool area nice.Recepton staff helpful.

Stay here three times a year and love the place.Friendly, efficient staff who always try their best to accommodate my requests.Unfortunately some of the rooms are starting to look a bit jaded,but this certainly didn't affect my wonderful stay.

Stay here many time a year as always good but this time we had issues with AC not working and dispite complaining took 3 days to fix but even then only 2/3 units were working so

Lovely apartment , location no good if you have mobility issues , the hills are very steep. Very late check in 4pm , but the apartments were clean , good kitchen , pool was lovely with lots of sun beds , it was quiet .

I had a lovely stay. I was in a spacious studio apartment.
My whole stay was perfect due to the accomodation, check in experience, every staff member"s friendliness, professalism and helpfulness.
Would highly recommend.

2bed apartment great size. beds very hard. renovations to 2nd pool area had it closed and tiling going on from 8.30am outside apartment.

Rooms were clean. Very private. All the staff were very heipful and friendly. Any problems would be put right straight away.

Super endroit bien situé par contre appartement quelque peu désuet et lit divan lit inconfortable.

Mais dans l’ensemble l’endroit est très bien et nous recommandons.
