I was skeptical because of the low ratings, BUT the prices were good, so, I took a chance. The staff was super helpful!!!!!! There was a mistake with my room twice, and I was accomodated right away. The office staff knew that I was travelling solo, therefore, they (Naomi, I beleive) did not anounce my room number nor any personal information in the lobby, which was full of people. Not only were they intuitive, but very friendly. The houskeepers were very organized and worked well as a team. They work extremely hard! Pros:

I liked the rooms that had a fridge and microwave. They always gave me more towels or whatever I asked for. They never hassled me. And some beds are comfy.

Cons:

The people some are shady. The parking lot when it rained flooded massively and the water pressure is awful. There is none. And the shower in all rooms leak all over the floor also they don't wipe the walls down.

Rooms with meth labs soft bed with bugs.

Cons:

All the room smelled like urine. We tried four rooms. As we booked it on booking.com. There was no refund. When a room smells like urine it means there was cooking meth in them. There was air conditioning did not work. The bed was too soft and had black specs on. It could’ve been bedbugs. The shower was adequate. The towels were very thin and used no refrigerator no microwave no AC only a soft queen bed and a TV if you’re looking to lay your head down with bugs this is a great place to stay.
