The ac/heat is on a central unit. Customers have zero control over temp. The motel was blasting heat, My room was consistently over 85 degrees unless I opened the window where people where smoking outside. I was sweating through the night and slept maybe 2 hours a night. I brought it up to staff, I called corporate, I tried everything - they told me they have no control, it’s all corporate, and acted dismissive like it wasn’t a big deal. I saw many other customers upset about the same issue.
