Pros:

We got free entertainment when the cops came to move out the gal upstairs.

Cons:

The handle pulled right off the shower and we had to use pliers to turn it on. We got out a screw driver to try to fix it but the screw is apparently the wrong size.We had kids running around til 10 PM right above us,scooting a chair across the room and jumping on the bed.

had to upgrade to 2 beds to get ground floor but no extra charge

Cons:

boards were not laid properly--1/4 gap in several places. curved shower rod prohibited bathroom door from opening all the way, therefore hindered toilet space no microwave nor fridge. grounds were scattered with litter and ice machine floor from door to machine was very dirty with litter. basboard trim did not meet floor...wondered what was lurking there. lighting bad

Please call me if you truly would like to know about our experience. I can tell you from a retired couple who travel A LOT… I will never stay at another Motel 6 ever!!!!!!! And we will recommend to all our friends/family to never stay in a Motel 6.

We liked the large bathtub. During our stay, the 2 maids that we asked for clean towels and asked to fix the TV were helpful and nice, one even gave us some fishing tips for the area.👍

Cons:

The room was FILTHY when we arrived for our reservation. We checked in late at night, so our room should have been ready for us. However, when we told the office clerk, he didn't offer a clean room or any kind of assistance, he just said he would inform the staff in the morning. There were dirty towels hanging in the bathroom. There was a large orange tupperware container with possible stew or soup that was left in the mini-fridge. There was dirt, hair, and a few pop bottle caps all over the floors. There was smears of something on many of the counters and surfaces. The microwave was so rust damaged and filthy, it was unsafe for food. The fans and heaters were very dirty and we had sinus problems when they were on. So unfortunately, I had to clean the room myself. As I handed the orange bowl from the fridge and the dirty towels from the bathroom to the office clerk and asked to use some cleaning supplies, instead offering any help, the office clerk was only worried about getting the broom and cleaning spray bottle back after I was done with them. SO frustrating! We've been home for 2 days and the sneezing, runny nose, and watery eyes have stopped after we left that motel room, so that's some good news.
