Maison Re di Roma

Esta bien ya que no es caro para estar en el centro de Roma con el metro al lado pero en la ducha se salia el agua por todos lados,el sillon de polipiel estaba desintegrandose y t dejaba los pantalones lleno de puntitos blancos,lo bueno es que venian todos los dias a limpiar y cambiaban sabanas y toallas.

Bastante bien y con el metro al lado

After arriving at the check-in hotel (which is 2 metro stops away from the apartment) we had an easy check-in.
We found the apartment building easily but could regularly smell cigarettes.
The apartment itself (we were in appt 6) did not smell of cigarettes but was a little grotty here and there. The floor hadn't seen a mop in quite some time and we took to wearing shoes when in. The sofa bed was in dire need of replacing and I wouldn't have liked to sleep on it; the cover was peeling and the headrests wouldn't stay up.
The kitchen area was clean with a working fridge and induction hob, there were plenty of plates, bowls, glasses and cutlery to use. 3 bar stools were situated at the dining table.
There was working aircon in the living area and bedroom and the bed was large, clean and comfortable.
The bathroom was large, sink and toilet clean and working. The shower however, needed completely replacing: the shower head leaked water from the side and was very calcified, the sliding doors had come off their rollers and didn't close properly - water would leak out from there and from the bottom corner of the cubicle. The water pressure was good and there was plenty of hot water.
The kitchen window did not lock and there was no safe available for storage of valuables.
The centre of Rome is easily reached via the metro.
This appt is cheap and needs some updating but it will surfice for a few days cheap living if you are on a budget, just don't hold your expectations too high.

El trato fue excepcional, y aunque el edificio era algo antiguo, el apartamento contaba con todas las prestaciones necesarias, que además eran modernas.

Jag väntar fortfarande på återbetalning efter avbokning. Totalt cirka 5 300 kr. Jag har väntat i drygt tre veckor efter kontakt med er vid sex tillfällen.

Appartement assez bien placé, proche du métro. Les environs ne sont pas très beaux mais bon rapport qualité prix pour passer ses journées à visiter Rome

Letto matrimoniale rumoroso e "sgangherato" andrebbe sostituito

O prédio é velho e fedido. Cama ruim e quebrada. Mesa do quarto quebrada. Entrada do quarto é um depósito. Fomos ofendidos pela recepção do hotel. Tivemos que nos indispor para mudar a gente de quarto.

On the arrival i recieved massage that my booking its not valid and they booked my appointment to someone else but after conversation with member off stuff they sort out for me different appartment double with even better location but only minus wias there wasnt terase how i booked with first one.Location was great stuff was helpfull.

La camera era molto ben dettagliata, l’ unica pecca è che per entrare si passa per il ripostiglio.

В целом нормальный аппартамент-отель, но есть недоработки со встроенной техникой, а обратиться на ресепшн можно только в другом отеле и только в рабочее время и по мобильному итальянскому телефону. В соседнем доме идёт перестройка, так что днем окна лучше не открывать.

Noi avevamo un appartamento con terrazzo ma non si vedeva nulla perché avevamo un palazzo in costruzione proprio sul terrazzo ,ti mancava L aria ,cioè non si vedeva nulla ma solo cemento. La cucina carina ma sprovvista esempio mancava la macchinetta del caffè . Phon rotto mi sono pizzicata i capelli due volte . Armadio vecchio . Praticamente in casa non entrava la luce del sole. Pulizia 8. Posizione 9

Il mini appartamento molto spoglio. Uno dei due condizionatori non funzionante e nonostante l’avvenuta comucizaione non c’è stato nessun intervento. Un televisore senza telecomando. Nell’edificio ci sono lavori di ristrutturazioni quindi rumori tutto il giorno. Altri dettagli da rivedere. Peccato... con un po’ di attenzione in più potrebbe essere carino.

La casa è decente anche se con piccoli ritocchi potrebbe diventare molto più carina. Purtroppo i rumori assordanti dei lavori che stanno facendo sia sopra l’appartamento sia vicino al palazzo hanno reso il soggiorno insopportabile.
In generale potrebbero fare di più ..

Check-in veloce, ma troppo lontano dalla struttura. Personale assente presso l'edificio degli appartamenti (ma personalmente lo preferisco al personale invadente). Ogni giorno trovavamo la casa pulita con il cambio della biancheria.Casa fornita quasi di tutto, ma avrebbe bisogno di una rinfrescata (molta umidità alle pareti e al pavimento) e di essere resa più calda (luci fredde e poco arredamento rispetto alla grandezza della casa, che è davvero enorme), ma si tratta solo di dettagli, per il resto ottimo, soprattutto per la zona, il wi-fi e il rapporto qualità prezzo.

Ottima posizione, molto pulito e spazioso, con tutto necessario per un soggiorno.

We arrived to find no reception at the apartment, an email had apparently been sent but not read by us telling us that keys have to be collected from another address. A cleaner at the property however was able to let us in. The noise from the building works starts early in the morning and is 7 days a week! Best avoided till its complete. Good sized apartment with comfy bed, decent bathroom,kitchen and lounge area with tv (no English channels) fridge ok but could not get hot plate to work. Building very close to metro station so great for getting to centre of Rome

beaucoup trop bruyant avec un chantier juste à côté. A partir de 6h30 on entend les camions de chantier et les marteaux piqueurs! Impossible de se reposer. Gros problème à l'arrivée. Quand on est entré dans l'appartement il y avait des bagages et affaires d'autres personnes. Erreur de leur part ils nous ont donné les clefs d'un appartement déjà attribué ce qui est très grave car on aurait pu faire n'importe quoi avec les affaires personnelles des autres personnes. Autres problèmes abattant de toilettes cassé, tabourets cuisine cassés, aucun matériel de nettoyage alors que c'est mentionné sur la description. Sol pas nettoyé pendant notre séjour
