Un lieu de séjour avec beaucoup de charme et de calme
Pros:

L'emplacement de l'hacienda est idéal, à quelques km à peine de Uyamal et de Valladolid, le jardin qui l'entoure bruisse du chant de très nombreux oiseaux de toutes les couleurs, l'endroit a beaucoup de charme.

Cons:

Cette magnifique hacienda est un peu une "belle endormie", l'entretien général donnant l'impression d'un lent abandon

Disappointing…. We tried to speak to the owner to explain why we were leaving, but she was not happy with us at all. As

The property is very rundown and I imagine it was great at some point. Everything needs cleaning and painting.

Cons:

The rooms are okay … they were clean but the whole
Place looks a damp because of the location. They need to address this. The bedding felt damp as did our clothes when we hung them up.

Le parc de l’établissement est merveilleux

Cons:

Le laissé à l’abandon de l’établissement et du manque de moyen de ses employés.
Le petit déjeuner était catastrophique ! Car ils n’avaient rien à nous proposer ! Dans ces conditions il est préférable de ne rien proposer à la réservation !

Похоже я становлюсь регулярным посетителем асиенды! Как всегда всё отлично, хозяева и персонал молодцы! Смело рекомендую лучшим друзьям.

Cons:

Ребята, моим друзьям все понравилось также как и мне, но мне тихонько сказали, что ремонт можно и обновить. Даю обратную связь, с наилучшими пожеланиями. Дискомфорта никакого, но надо прислушаться.

Die Hacienda liegt versteckt am Rande der Stadt Valladolid. Sie hat einen besonderen Charme und die Unterkunft ist schön eingerichtet

Pros:

This is a beautiful 16th century hacienda. It is quite well maintained, but it is obvious that more money should be invested to bring it back to its former glory, especially the bathroom ceilings.
However, for anyone who wants a peaceful and quiet vacation, outside the city but not too far away, this hacienda is an excellent choice.
But, guests must be aware that this facility is in the forest, there are animals, humidity is constantly present - this is a tropical area after all.
The staff is very friendly, they speak mostly only Spanish, but communication is possible with apps. On the other hand, whatever we asked was done immediately.
This is a place to rest your soul from the city crowds and everyday stress! It is wonderful to sit on the porch in the morning, with the discreet voices of animals and enjoy excellent coffee brought to you by smiling staff!

Pros:

De 10 días de estancia solo 3 con internet y solo hasta las 10:40 pm.
Al preguntar, el personal me dijo:
-Si tienes iPhone tienes que ponerlo en modo avión y después conectarlo al internet ?!?!
-un rayo quemó el contacto del módem.
-ya le llamamos al técnico.
-el técnico no ha venido por tanta lluvia.
-conéctate a la cabaña 15 o 16
-ya hicimos todo lo posible y no sabemos por qué no hay señal.

La habitación olía a humedad hasta las sábanas y almohadas.

No regreso.

Cons:

Eau de la douche avec très peu de pression (fréquent au Mexique) et le restaurant semblait ouvert que pour nous donc un peu long.

Charming piece of Yucatan history, with warm and welcoming staff.
Pros:

The atmosphere at this old hacienda was wonderful. It has the feeling of abandoned charm, and old world mystery. The gardens and building and animals to explore was really fun. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and eager to welcome us. It’s a huge property and there is a lot of upkeep to do around the place, so some parts are more modern than others. Understand that this is a bit of a shabby, dilapidated place with a lot of history and the staff are doing their best to keep it alive for posterity. It’s got great charm. The pool area is wonderful. Parking is easy.

The rooms are air conditioned and the bedding is clean, the breakfast is also great!

Cons:

There is no TV in the bedroom, which was fine for us. The staff don’t speak English, but google translate was sufficient. No fridge in the bedroom.
