Im Großen und ganzen hat das Hotel gepasst vor allem für die Lage aber mehr schon nicht
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist echt spitze - man kann alles zu Fuß gehen

Cons:

tolle Lage, Betten ziemlich hart
Pros:

Super Lage, Zimmer haben viele Fenster, diese kann man aber perfekt verdunkeln. Zimmergröße ist in Ordnung. Großes Bett

Mangelhaftes Hotel

Die nähe zu der Innenstadt

Cons:

Mangelde Sauberkeit ,stark abgewohnte Zimmer ,Steckdose hing aus der Wand,Waschbeckenarmatur war verkalkt und kaputt. Übel riechender Geruch im Frühstücksbereich,Hundekot auf der Terrasse und im Eingangsbereich. Frühstück sehr einseitig,kein frisches Obst oder Gemüse,Kaffe nicht genießbar.

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, es sind zu Fuß nur wenige Minuten ins Zentrum. Wir kommen immer wieder gerne in dieses Hotel, auch wegen der Freundichkeit. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut.

Cons:

Kamer en hygiëne kon beter. Kraan wasbak vies, verouderd en stuk. Rondom stopcontact vies, deuren niet afgepoetst. Kopstuk bed stuk. Planten op terras dor.

Werden dieses Hotel nicht mehr buchen.
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr, sehr gut, da direkt vor dem Eingangstor von Bardolino, man ist direkt sofort im Zentrum.

Cons:

Die fehlerhaften Zustände im Zimmer und den anderen Räumlichkeiten , z. B. im Bad gab es nur ein kleines Licht oberhalb des kleinen Waschbecken, der Hauptschalter für die Deckenleuchte war defekt und wurde auch auf Reklamation nicht repariert , sondern nur mit einem Ja des "Chefs" des Hotels zur Kenntnis genommen. Die Toilette im Bereich der Rezeption und des Frühstücksbereich war verstopft und wurde auch wieder auf meine Reklamation nur zur Kenntnis genommen , aber nicht behoben.
Die Eier zum Frühstück waren grün und wässerig und die Milch war verdorben und gestückelt angeboten und erst nach erneutem Reklamieren ausgetauscht.
