Pros:

The room had a microwave and a small refrigerator, as the motel 6 in Lakeland Florida charges extra for those in your room...

Cons:

I was a hotel manager in the central Florida area years ago, and always thought that when a customer pays for a room, even for 1 night, they pay for peace and relaxation... however, check out time is 11 am, housekeeping still knocked on my room door at 9:30 am, waking me up...very unacceptable...

It was a good stay
Pros:

Jennifer, the front desk staff was very helpful to me. I appreciate all that she has done and she deserves a bonus for her hard work.

Cons:

The room that I was in was a handicap room, which can use a shower chair in the shower for people who have mobility issues or disable people

My stay at Guest House Inn
Pros:

Air conditioner was leaking in the 1st room AND
2nd room even after moving to a different room.
Housekeeping was rude and did NOT ask about services ANY day during my stay unless I asked. Reported to management and they made sure I was provided for. 🙂TV nor refrigerator worked in first room and I lost what food was in it due to NOT cooling.
SECOND room TV did not work for 2 almost 3 days of my week and a half stay.
Management also fixed the issue for me on the 3rd day.
1) Cleanliness was GREAT and
2) ROOM was beautiful and sufficiently stocked for the initial check-in.
3) Management was extremely kind and helpful during whole stay.

Awful
Pros:

Nothing we were harassed everyday and still had to pay out of pocket or they would threaten to call the cops or lock our room my favorite is being scared every night because they kept giving other guests our room key

Cons:

The smell the over all experiences I don't recommend going to this hotel
