I have stayed in hundreds of hotels and this is the worst.

Cons:

Roaches in the floor as soon as we walked in. Booming music all night. Wierdos hanging around outside. We took our dogs out and the security guard made us take them to a different corner that looked exactly the same like it mattered in this nasty place. The pool is green and crap everywhere. SICKENING!
We booked for three nights and left after one. I would rather sleep in my car.

Very disappointed and dissatisfied

The staff was awsome

Cons:

Well for starters the air/heat wasn't working so I had to get them down there to fix it. Then we rented a room with the roll in shower and they didn't have a shower chair anywhere. I called the staff and I was to told to use the wooden desk chair that was in the room. It was very flimsy and was very slick. The water was broken the only thing we had was scalding hot water and I had to jigle it to get it to cool down a little bit so we could use it.

I like them because I've been going to them for years they are like family.

Cons:

I did not like that they do not accept smokers room anymore and there was hair on the sheets even though they were made up and clean.
