Понравилось расположение отеля,вкусный завтрак,также ходили на ужин за 20 евро с человека!-тоже супер!работники очень вежливые.сауна и джакузи класс.

Cons:

Слишком мягкие матрасы(проблему не решили), плохо убирали(на полу оставалась грязь ).

Great location and friendly service. Wonderful value for money. Highly recommend staying here

Excellent location and value for money

Cons:

We experienced heavy rain and some parts of the hotel were affected. The gym was closed due to water leaking in. This should be rectified as the gym was part of the reason we chose this hotel and going on a rainy day would have used our time better

Séjour, agréable dans l’ensemble
Pros:

L’emplacement juste à 50m de la plage vraiment exceptionnel. La vue sur la côte Surtt le soir c’était incroyable. Le ménage est fait tous les jours 🤌🏽.

Cons:

Par contre la qualité gustative des plats du petits déjeuners est à revoir , Surtt les jus chimiques du matin . Les murs sont mal isolés, on entend tout ce qui se passe à l’extérieur

It is a good hotel. I recommend it whole heartedly

It is very central and opens up on a beautiful long beach. The bus to airport old town and Magaluf is literally at the hotels entrance door. You just cross the street.breakfast at the hotel is really very very good

Cons:

In a 4 star’s hotel, I expected the personal at the reception to be a little bit friendlier. It was not the case. But for example the people who helps with breakfast were extremely friendly and professional

Cibo ottimo, Il mare ad un passo, atmosfera rilassante, sport per chiunque.
Pros:

Colazione a buffet ottima, sempre prodotti freschi e vari. La cena al buffet migliore della colazione, serate con ottime pesce, gamberoni, baccalà, platessa, cozze ecc ecc.

Hotel przekroczył nasze oczekiwania. Dostałyśmy urodzinowego szampana oraz pokój blisko recepcji na naszą prośbę. Obsługa hotelu była bardzo uprzejma i pomocna. Pozdrawiam szczególnie przemiłą Panią blondynkę obsługującą śniadania ☺️ Na śniadaniu niczego nie brakowało. Hotel ma wszystko pod nosem - przystanek, sklep, restaurację, plażę i mcdonald 😄 Idealnie jako baza wypadowa zarówno jak i na sam wypoczynek w samej miejscowości, która jest bardzo urokliwa. Nasz pobyt oceniam 10/10

Sijainti ja aamupala oli hotellin kohokohdat.
Pros:

Aamupalojen nainen oli ihana ja aina aurinkoinen aamuisin. Ihana henkilö. Sijainti oli erinomainen, ihan rannalla ja siivous tehtiin päivittäin vaikka se jätti välillä vähän toivomisen varaa.

Cons:

Ensimmäisen päivän vastaanottonainen oli tympeä, valitettavasti paikoitellen sai tympeää palvelua joiltain. Huone oli likainen sinne tullessa ja viimeistelyssä oli toivomisen varaa. Verhot ja lakanat paikoitellen likaisia ja olisi hyvä kiinnittää huomiota siivouksessa yksityiskohtiin. Esim. Kun siirsi penkin pöydän alta siellä oli todella isoja pölykasoja, kulmat huoneessa likaisia, verhossa tahroja. Valitettavasti myös huoneiden eristys ei ole kunnossa. Metelöivät englantilaisvieraat häiritsivät pitkin päivää ja yötä metelöimällä ympäri hotellia.
