Great stay
Pros:

Great location right next to the beach, rooms a good size and friendly staff and great sun trap on the roof

The only down side was the size of the pool but with the see been so close that’s not a massive issue

Cons:

Niestety nasz pobyt w tym hotelu był bardzo rozczarowujący. Miałyśmy zarezerwowane dwa pokoje, jednak tylko jeden był gotowy na czas. Zostawiłyśmy rzeczy w hotelu i poszłyśmy na plażę, która znajdowała się bezpośrednio przed hotelem – tylko na krótki czas. Po powrocie okazało się, że z pokoju zniknęła biżuteria oraz gotówka.

Prosiłyśmy obsługę o sprawdzenie monitoringu oraz wezwałyśmy policję, jednak nie przyniosło to żadnego skutku. Najbardziej niepokojąca była reakcja personelu – nie wykazano większego zainteresowania sytuacją, nikt realnie nie próbował nam pomóc ani znaleźć rozwiązania.

Z powodu braku poczucia bezpieczeństwa zdecydowałyśmy się zmienić hotel jeszcze tego samego dnia. Nie polecamy tego miejsca.

Location was superb, everything you need within walking distance, supermarket next door, beach across the road.

Cons:

Check in took a bit longer than it should have. Would dread it if the group had been any larger, we did only have 6 and seemed to take an age to get checked in.

Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé proche de la mer, des commerces et des restaurants. Chambre spacieuse, confortable et propre. Personnel agréable et serviable.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner et le dîner sont assez décevants, avec une impression de nourriture industrielle et peu de choix. Beaucoup de bruit avec le passage des voitures et des bars / restaurants autour.
Enfin, le rapport qualité/prix est clairement discutable : les tarifs sont élevés pour des prestations qui ne sont pas toujours à la hauteur d’un 4 étoiles.

Pros:

Hemos estado fenomenal. El hotel está muy bien ubicado, con acceso directo a la playa, lo que hace la estancia aún más cómoda y especial. El desayuno buffet es muy completo, con mucha variedad y todo delicioso.

Queremos hacer una mención especial a Ana, la encargada del desayuno, por su amabilidad y simpatía. Da gusto empezar el día con personas así.

Sin duda, una experiencia para repetir.

Emplacement idéal pour quelques jours à Palmanova !
Pros:

Emplacement idéal au pied de la plage et de plusieurs restaurants ! Chambre confortable avec vue incroyable. Service de ménage impeccable.

Cons:

Les horaires de la piscine sont assez limités, fermeture à 18h ça fait tôt. Le petit déjeuner mériterait quelques améliorations : notamment des jus de fruits frais !
