Beautiful views (day and night)

Cons:

Dusty and a little noisy, due to construction work.
Aircon only in lounge, so bedrooms got quite hot/stuffy at night.
Strange smells in bathrooms.

Pros:

Очень просторные квартиры, чистые комнаты, очень большой и чистый бассейн - если останавливаетесь с детьми - то этом просто кайф, целый день дети не хотели выходить с бассейна и теннисного корта

Cons:

Нет кондиционеров в каждой спальном комнате, было очень душно и не комфортно в комнатах спать в жару. Кондиционер только в гостиной 1 шт.

A perfect two-week family getaway with fantastic staff, great breakfast, and stunning facilities!
Pros:

Our family had an excellent two-week stay at this hotel. The staff were consistently welcoming, attentive, and accommodating throughout our visit. Breakfast offered a wide selection of fresh and delicious options each morning. The view from the property was exceptional, adding to the overall experience. Every aspect of our stay was well taken care of, making it a truly memorable holiday. We would gladly return and highly recommend this hotel to others. We also enjoyed the pool, Bar, and other facilities immensely!

Cons:

The road was a work in progress which I am sure will be awesome soon too.

Pros:

Персонал, было чисто в номере, снимали с кухней и 2мя санузлами!

Cons:

Кухню на баре к сожалению , можно улучшить. Бургер просто сухой сухой и не очень… для своей стоимости. Нагетсы как камень. Очень не хочется писать плохое, но это правда. Возможно получится улучшить кухню.

Nice hotel for families and large groups
Pros:

Likes:
a) Nice view of Mount Ararat from the hotel.
b) The 2 bedroom has kitchen facility which is ideal for families or large groups.
c) The hotel is clean and nicely maintained. Pillows and beds are comfortable and clean too.
d) Swimming pool and tennis court available.

Cons:

Dislikes:
a) The windows and walls are thin and lot of outside noise can be heard. On one day there was a group of people talking and partying late night at the pool side which was very disturbing.
b) Water bottles are not provided daily unless requested.
c) The breakfast is just ok and not great. Its almost same menu everyday.
d) Air conditioning is only available in Hall, while there is no AC or fan in the bedrooms, which is a discomfort, especially during summer days.
e) The inhouse restaurant will not operate after 7pm. Hence not possible to order late evening food.
f) There is no staff or housekeeping staff after 12pm except for the security.

Resourceful, comfortable, great staff, great breakfast, great view, ideal place to stay
Pros:

We loved loved loved the staff. The resort must keep them at any cost. Especially the people at the reception. Friendly, competent, and professional.
We really liked everything else too including the breakfast, comfort, and the exceptional view.

Cons:

I can’t think of anything.

The communal facilities were quite basic, and the apartment felt rather bare, lacking many of the usual amenities you’d expect — for example, there was no washing machine.
