No refrigerator no microwave tv sometimes works sometimes doesn't. Could use some improvements.

Some of the staff are good natured genuine and are a good pick for this job.

Cons:

The best parking at the exit area is reserved for employees. Not customers I have a handicap and cannot park in their "reserved handicap" spots even if my room is literally right there in front of those spots. Seems that employees can park in any number of spots. To take the best ones seems to say to everyone "we are more important than you". In addition will not clean your room unless you deliberately ask them to I was there over 3 weeks never once cleaned my room. I work 2nd shift 12pm till 12:30am. Only stop to ask if I'm going to pay.

It was bad and unpleasantly eventful.
Pros:

I loved the location! Close to downtown Portland and many other attractions.

Cons:

It was unclean, there were police officers in and out everyday, our room reeked of smoke and the employee was accused of doing meth. On our last night at 11 PM there were long knocks and someone trying to get into our room. There was an ambulance and people talking very loudly for the next two hours afterwards.
