crappy. I paid way too much for a crappy room
Pros:

Nothing really. No microwave, no fridge and no coffee. Also to check in early the want to charge a fee. And if you don't pay it you won't get a room until around 5p.m. I also didn't receive any room service the 4 days I stayed.

Cons:

I didn't like the non hospitality. I didn't like the tree sap all over my car from the tree that hangs over the fence. Only spot by my room to park. I also didn't like that I had to go to the office to use a microwave I didn't like the fact I had to wait until 5 to check in and I didn't like the fact that I couldn't keep anything good to drink or eat. And no coffee.

solid temporary situation, could use some minor improvements

very clean room, friendly staff, solid location central to many things

Cons:

some things were used to the point of needing replaced-the floor of the shower was in pretty rough shape; discolored and chipping
it felt like a pretty high price for pretty bare bones-no microwave or fridge for example

Dirty stained sheets, would not book again.

Cons:

I’ve stayed in many budget motels and this was by far the worse one. Our sheets were stained and had a cigarette burn in them. The room had many broken/torn up pieces of furniture. The housekeepers left 1/3 of a roll of toilet paper so we had to go and ask the front desk for toilet paper at 1 in the morning.

Completely run down. No coffee., no pictures on the wall. Stale cigarette smoke coverd by chemical perfumes. Cheap furniture with peeling veneer. Dirty floors, loose drain cover in bathroom with a huge hole underneath. Dont dare step foot in the discusting pool. The whole vibe of the place was of homeless drug addicts, alcholics, and cheap prostitutes.
I left without spending the night. Front desk would not refund my money after check-in. Just gross.
Not all Motel 6 are like this. This is the worst place I've ever experienced.
