There was a weird smell the moment I stepped into the lobby. I was given three different rooms. At the first room, the door did not open. The second room was already occupied. And the third room was filled with roaches.

LO PEOR DE LO PEOR (EN HOTEL Y EN BOOKING)

Fue la peor experiencia que tuvimos, no nos gustó absolutamente nada. Es un barrio peligroso, conflictivo, el personal no sabe atender, hay indigentes dentro del hotel, durmiendo en los pasillos, a la 1am llegaron los bomberos y patrullas a detener un problema entre los habitantes que estaban fuera del hotel, las fotos e información dice que hay microondas y wifi, pero no hubo microondas ni hay wifi en las instalaciones, las toallas estaban sucias y manchadas en color negro, olor a cigarro, el parqueo es inseguro. Mandamos evidencia de las fotos y videos de lo ocurrido a Booking, pero nada hicieron al respecto por reintegrarnos el dinero de las noches que no nos hospedamos.

Cons:

La reserva se pagó de jueves a domingo (USD $145), por el escándalo de la noche del jueves y la inseguridad en esa zona, pedimos a la recepción en la mañana del viernes que nos cambiaran de habitación para el otro costado del hotel, en la recepción nos indicaron que después de la 1pm nos darían una habitación, pero llegamos a las 8pm con la sorpresa que nos habían hecho el check-out sin avisarnos, nunca nos devolvieron el dinero de las dos noches (USD $96), y a esas horas empezar a buscar otro hotel para hospedarnos. El sábado en la mañana llamamos a Servicio al cliente de Booking para explicar la situación y que nos resolvieran, y a la fecha nunca lo hicieron. El domingo volvimos a llamar a Booking y tampoco nos resolvieron. DEFINITIVAMENTE NO RECOMENDAMOS ESTE HOTEL. Booking debería revisar los hoteles que permiten que se publiciten en su página, porque en este caso fue una estafa y la peor experiencia en muchos años de reservar en Booking, y no solamente indicar que el hotel no les contestó o no les resolvió, ya que ellos como empresa intermediaria deberían dar la cara por el mal proveedor, y resolver al cliente por el inconveniente. Perdieron un cliente Genius 3.
