1. Główny atut hotelu to położenie - bardzo blisko stacji metra którym bezpośrednio dojechaliśmy do Duomo.
2. Obsługa miła i pomocna.
3. Parking podziemny.
4. Śniadanie z podstawowymi produktami - świeżymi i smacznym.
1. Po zameldowaniu i wejściu do jednego z dwóch zarezerwowanych pokoi na pierwszym piętrze, okazało się że śmierdzi w nim kanalizacją. Poinformowany o tym pracownik recepcji nie był zdziwiony, ale dał nam inny pokój na wyższym piętrze. Na drugi dzień okazało się, że w tym drugim pokoju na pierwszym piętrze, w którym została część naszej rodziny też zaczęło śmierdzieć, ale że przyjechaliśmy tylko na dwie noce nie zgłaszaliśmy tego, tylko mocno wietrzyliśmy ten pokój a potem schładzali klimatyzacją - na szczęście działającą bardzo dobrze.
2. Tylko jedna działająca winda. Druga była zepsuta.

Pogled iz hotela, s tim da smo bili na 7 katu, je lijep. Lokacija samog hotela je ok, blizu stanice metroa tako da se brzo može doći do cilja.
Gospođica na recepciji je štura i nesusretljiva. Čistoća hotela, tj. sobe može biti bolja. U sobi nema mini bara. Doručak kojim se hvale uopće nije toliko dobar. Izbor je dosta ograničen, pogotovo u pitanju slanih jela i voća. Većinom je baziran na slasticama.
