Maravilhosa.
Pros:

O quarto é espaçoso, limpo, bem estruturado. O café da manhã muito bom também. Fomos muito bem atendidos e nossa estadia foi ótima.

Cons:

Único ponto que pode melhorar é que o chuveiro que pegamos ficava oscilando durante o banho (simplesmente ficava muito quente ou esfriava). Ele era a gás. Não chegou a prejudicar a estadia, mas acredito que estava com algum problema.

Conforto na serra e aqui!
Pros:

O quarto é aconchegante, rouparia cheirosa e limpinha, a cama e os travesseiros muito confortáveis, banheiro espaçoso e bem iluminado com roupão para o nosso conforto após um banho.
O café da manhã é excelente! Frutas frescas, iogurte próprio e com várias opções de salgados e doces.
Todos os funcionários são educados e gentis.
O room service funciona super bem por WhatsApp, isso foi bem cômodo.
A área onde fica o hotel é bem tranquila e super pertinho do centro, dos restaurantes e lojinhas de chocolate.

O hotel é perfeito. Os funcionários são extremamente cordiais e prestativos..As acomodações são idênticas as imagens do site. O hotel é requintado, lindíssimo. Limpeza impecável.
O café da manhã é um dos melhores que já tomamos.....Aguardando ansiosamente para retornar.

Não recomendo pessima experiencia com a segurança interna do hotel.

Pros:

Café da manhã excelente! Equipe muito atenciosa. Presenciei um atendimento a outra hóspede que tinha (acho) problemas com glúten. A equipe do hotel tinha preparado um bolo sem glúten à hóspede (um entre outros exemplos). Achei incrível. Realmente se importam com o bem estar dos hóspedes. Super recomendo.
