Better than most of the places I have stayed in the past year for more money
Pros:

I'm down on the coast every 2-3 mths, more during the warm months & have struggled to find a decent hotel frankly. Really appreciate the location. The accommodations were decent and I would, likely will, stay here again.

Cons:

It's disappointing no breakfast is offered. Yes, there are vending machines with breakfast items but 🤷‍♀️ While coffee is offered, you completely ignore those of us who do not drink coffee. It would nice to have tea bags also. Either way, I know how to plan for my next visit.

I definitely paid for what I received. The staff was great though.

There were cigarette ashes on the bed! Like the cleaning crew had smoked while they were cleaning the room.

The staff was great! Short walk to the coliseum.

Cons:

The rooms could use a little more cleaning. The towels are so cheap they would leave white fuzz on everything.

It was very good for the price the room was tiny but it plenty good for $57 bucks across from the gulf

Cons:

Same as always some of the other people staying there was loud and hanging in the parking lot playing there music not being respectful to other but I will say very well lit parking lot

FIRST NIGHT NO TOWELS/ NO HOT WATER FOR TWO NIGHTS. VERY LOW LIGHTING IN THE ROOMS, CANNOT EVEN SEE TO SHAVE. KEYS DID NOT EVEN WORK HAD TO HAVE THEM RESET EVERY NIGHT. MOVED TO NEW ROOM NEXT TWO NIGHTS. TOLET WAS FOR A SMALL CHILD WHAT A JOKE. BEDS BAD. PILLOWS FLAT AS A PAN CAKE. NO CLEAN TOWELS THE WHOLE TIME I WAS THERE.
