Un happy.The entrance to the building keys did not work so you had to hope someone came by to let you in . So it was a safety issue. And when you did get to your room had to try the key lots of times for it to work. And one time we had to get the maintenance gentlemen open it for us.we close the motel because we could bring our dogs. This was a problemnot knowing if we could get in the room or not.sorry put this in the wrong place.

Won’t be staying there again. Definitely will plan better on my part.
Pros:

The property is in the perfect location! Across the beach and the Surf Style shop is right next door.

Cons:

We showed up at 2:30pm to see if our room was ready. Check is at 3pm. Got into the lobby and no one was at the counter. Waited at least 10-12mins before the lady working the counter showed up. First thing out of her mouth was, “If you are trying to check in early, it would be a $25 fee and it has to be in cash.” My husband and I left and went to the Surf Style shop next door to kill 30mins worth of time. Went back around 3:30. The lady then proceeded to tell us that our room wouldn’t be ready until 4-4:30pm. So we left and went to kill time at the Hard Rock Casino. Got back to the Motel around 4:40ish. Room was ready. Got our bags and went to our room. Trash was still on the floor, under the bed. Leftover food was on the top shelf of the mini fridge. All around nasty. Which is disappointing, but we stayed in the same Motel a few years back and it was great. Not sure if they were short staffed or what.

Where's the staff?
Cons:

The front desk was left unattended most of the time. People were waiting in the lobby while both of the clerks took there break together. And when ask about it they were so rude and didn't care. Ive been to a lot of hotels, some cheaper than this one and I've never seen the front desk left unattended in that way in the middle of the day. And forget about them answering a phone call.

I checked in and immediately checked out its not a place safe for people to stay

There was mold on the ac vents there was an open razor blade loose in my room as soon as I walked in covered in a white substance there was open bars of soap and the whole property just has a bad smell and overall feels unclean I did NOT stay I checked in and immediately checked out

Reasonable price but housekeeping could be better.

Close to restaurants and the beach. Has an outdoor swimming pool.

Cons:

Key cards didn’t work several times. On our second night I found bugs crawling on our beds. I took a picture of one and google said it was a beetle that fed off of the bedding and mattress. I didn’t find any bed bugs. We went and got “clean” sheets and when I went to put them on there were beetles in them as well. The lady at the desk let me inspect another room and it was bug free so after midnight I’m packing up our stuff, wiping everything down, shaking our blankets trying to make sure we didn’t take any bugs with us so we can change rooms. And no they didn’t offer to comp the room for one night. They did let me check out late which I was grateful for because my son and I were exhausted. So check your bed! I suggest they vacuum every bed and get new linens or wash them better.
