Beware of odors in your room
Pros:

They allow free cruise parking for the duration of the of your cruise. It was a clean room.

Cons:

The room first smelled strongly of either cleaner or disinfectant. After awhile, there was a pervasive odor of marijuana that was either from an adjacent room or from the last hotel guest. We put the a.c. and fan on high, and it helped somewhat, but not enough. We won’t be booking there again - we stayed there a few months ago, and experienced the same odor of cleaner (no pot smell) until the open door dissipated the smell (as we did this time.) No thank you.

I would not recommend this facility to anyone and would absolutely not book here again.
Pros:

The property was close to major businesses on the island.

Cons:

My room was absolutely not what I booked. The pictures on the website look NOTHING like the actual room I was placed in and had NONE of the amenities I paid for. The room was poorly cleaned and maintained. The door was not sealed properly letting light and hot air through.

Absolutely atrocious. I had to leave at 3:00am because I couldn’t breathe.

Cons:

The air condition o. My room was filled with mold, the AC barely worked. The phone did not work. I had to go to the office e multiple times. At times, no one being in the office.

Not the best property but room was comfortable and clean. It was quiet on our side of the motel.
Pros:

Location was good, at least it was easy to get to the various destinations we wanted to go to. The clerk at the check-in desk was very nice and efficient. Check-in went smoothly, and she placed us in a location that was the nicest section of the motel.

Cons:

I'm not sure, but I think this must have been an extended-stay property. People were everywhere. It was hard to find a parking place. Many of the "residents" were somewhat questionable. Several were rude and unfriendly, even a bit aggressive. The assistant at the check-in desk was not dressed professionally. It was the first time we've stayed at a Motel 6/Studio 6 that we felt somewhat unsafe. We decided not to go out to eat in the evening, as we were uncomfortable coming back onto the property in the dark.

That the table was dirty and had a light bulb just sitting there with pieces of ceiling falling on the table. The cable box was hanging out over the TV.
