Worst experience ever. Room had a known broken heater and office staff put us in there when it was in the 30’s outside.

I stayed 2 nights & had to sleep with roaches. I deserve a refund for at least 1 night.

I did not stay there was too many roaches as I walked in the door

Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Bed was comfy. Able to leave the car for the whole time of cruise.

Cons:

There were huge gaps between the outside door and the door frame. Had to put towels in to keep the light out and to shut the door good.

Nothing in walking distance, so location was poor.

Cons:

No breakfast, no mirrors in room, pipes under the bathroom sink were cut short ,so they weren't connected. When I turn on the faucet , the floor got flooded. When I wiped up the floor with a large towel, the towel was black with dirt! They had a pricey vending machine and no water in it.

Cons:

No amenities, no hairdryer or soaps. Only beds, huge refrigerator a toaster and simple coffee pot, no coffee or any cups

Not the best hotel I stayed at for sure.
Pros:

I'm only thankful my room didn't have a bug.

Cons:

I can have a long list, to sum it up. Everything about the hotel was mediocre and there was no quality whatsoever. Customer service was not even great at all. It was not the best experience.

Missing mirror. Staff rude. Asked for coffee for second night. She said it is available in lobby at 6am. Wanted coffee for the coffeemaker in the room.
