Buenas instalaciones pero con detalles a mejorar
Pros:

El hotel en general estaba limpio, con un aroma agradable tanto en áreas comunes como en la habitación. Sin embargo, la experiencia en el restaurante no fue buena: el desayuno americano fue bastante limitado y si querías cambiar al buffet tenías que pagar $120.00 adicionales por persona. El personal se mostró poco interesado en mejorar el servicio, lo cual dejó mucho que desear.

Otro punto a considerar es el ruido: las habitaciones no están bien aisladas y se escucha prácticamente todo lo de los cuartos contiguos. Además, al estar en planta baja, cada vez que alguien subía por la escalera de cristal se escuchaban claramente los pasos, lo que afectó bastante el descanso.

En conclusión, aunque el hotel luce bien y la limpieza es destacable, la relación calidad-precio no se justifica por los detalles en el servicio y el ruido.

Nos encantó El Hotel, estuvo muy bien el servicio y fueron muy amables al recibirnos. El cuarto esta amplio y limpio. El desayuno que nos ofrecieron estuvo muy sabroso y hotel está cercas de la plaza. Se los recomiendo!
