Pros:

Upgraded rooms look good hotel service failed.

The front desk person was very welcoming and easy to deal with considering I just had a long day on the road and wanted into my room soon as possible. I appreciate him for waiving the $20 check in early fee in exchange for a 5 star review. To the motel desk clerk in springfield (chris ) I appreciate you letting me into my pre reserved room 20 minutes early without charging me extra $20 bucks..here's your review big guy..

The mattress cover had blood stains on it , really gross stains, the mattress cover would only still have them stains for 2 reasons, either the maid didn't care and covered up with new blankets or blankets aren't changed with fresh sheets cuz you wouldn't be able to miss these nasty stains that actually looked fresh..there was random people knocking on my door in the early a.m. wrong room ..one lady was dragging her blankets with her when she stopped to knock on my door..and for a 2 night stay the maid didn't come into my room at all leaving me with used towels I had to make do with..
