Pros:

They have the friendliest and most accommodating staff of any hotel or motel I have stayed at. This site is very close to our daughter's university so we like to stay there a lot when we visit her. I have never had a bad experience here and would recommend it to anyone visiting the Corpus Christi area.

The room was fine the location was awesome. Staff was friendly

The location as it was closer to the beach

Cons:

The room was extremely dirty. Nothing had been wiped down. Floor was not swept or mopped. Have a photo of dark brown dirt that was wiped up. Had to clean our own room. Bed linings were not clean and entire room smelled of a bad odor of sweat. Stay was very uncomfortable

I'm very happy with the service they gave me and the room were very clean.
Pros:

Didn't had breakfast slept late. Like the view of the bay n the area where its located.

Cons:

Don't have nothing to complain. Would stay there again.

Absolutely nothing.

Cons:

Disgusting. Roaches everywhere, staff was rude, hookers staying here, and crackheads asking for money every time you step out of the room.
