Not a great experience. I was told I would get a full refund for the inconvenience but haven’t heard

The location and all the cute cats that hang around.

Cons:

The staff, the motel itself. Beds were extremely uncomfortable, there was mildew/mold in the AC making the room smell, the bathroom door was broken, walls were dirty, fixtures dusty. After a 23hr drive I was told at check in that there was no hot water. The worker offered to let us stay the night and we would receive a full refund for the inconvenience. Mentioned at checkout the next morning and the staff were incredibly rude and not wanting to help. I do not recommend this motel. Stay any where else if possible.

Unacceptable behavior and actions by lobby attendant during check-in!
Pros:

Price. The morning attendant was nice and helped me get the name of the previous evening attendant for my complaint, though I was not provided a proper way to make a complaint; the phone number I was given was to Expedia.com and I booked here on Booking.com and I had asked the number to Motel 6 customer service or the corporate office.

Cons:

I did not like asking to see the terms and condition screen that the attendant skipped for me then having my initials forged by them on the acceptance of the terms and agreement instead! Then they printed out the terms and condition screen where they had signed it for me!
I also did not like being told I could go somewhere else when I showed the slightest bit of frustration that they skipped my screen for terms and could not get back to it.
I did not like being told that there was no "corporate" office that the motel was not "like that". I know that being a Motel 6, they have to "keep the light on for ya!" and all the other requirements they have to meet to carry the franchise name!

Horrible would not do it again
Pros:

Nothing but location .

Cons:

What I didn’t like about the property was that it was nothing like advertised when I pulled up. There was prostitutes drug addicts, homeless people all around there it was just nasty. The first room we got was disgusting. Smelling door wouldn’t even shut to lock.

Loved the staff, hate the rooms
Pros:

I like how they have ice/vending machines and the location where it’s at.

Cons:

There was mold on the curtains, it was very hot, the ac didn’t work properly, it smelled, the shower was super dirty, no coffee maker in room or in off like advertised, and the microwave is in the lobby.

Pros:

I didnt like nothing it is the worst place ive ever seen it sticks room was super dirty i was sopposed to check in at 3pm and thet didnt let me until 6pm i asked for a refund and they still wont respond i will never ever stay there again but not only there i will never go to any motel 6 in the whole wide world and i will make sure to share my bad expirence with family and friends

Dirty, ac didnt work. Had to switch rooms to a smoking room because that's all they had avaliable. Everything smelt like smoke. They messed up my key card so had to go down to the lobby to get them fixed. When I switched rooms, they messed them up again so I had to go back to get new ones again. Beds were terrible. Flys everywhere. Showers were FILTHY. I'll never stay there again. Terrible bad experience.

Kinda crappy room for cheap. If you're into that.
Cons:

We had crickets and flies in our room. We had to listen to the crickets all night. We didn't get much sleep. The beds were very uncomfortable. They were out of extra pillows. The gentleman at the desk was very friendly though.
