Nice, clean hotel with great location for the money.
Pros:

Conveniently located, easily accessible and nice appearance.

Cons:

Checkout is at 12pm. I requested a later checkout and was informed that it was not possible.

Pros:

I love the personalized attention that the staff offers. They make you feel welcomed. However, I'd like to commend Jorge for his great personality and the way he treats guests with respect. I also want to commend another lady whose name i don't know, for going out of her way to accommodate me in a room of my choice. Thank you!!!! You are all a great team!!!

Cons:

Upon arrival I wasn't happy with the room (238)because the view was not mountains as described. However, A young lady, whom I don't know her name, made it possible for me to move to another room (307) which was much better. Also...
The last night of my stay October 7th, 2026, some contractors were making some repairs in the room across me and the chemical odor penetrated the door crevices and my room was inundated with the chemical odor. I am extremely allergic to certain odors and chemicals and I didn't sleep well. I had to leave the sliding door open all night. Next time I'd appreciate if they make accommodations and ask guests if these odors will affect them, so they can be moved elsewhere.
Other than that, in general, I enjoy my stay at Isla Verde Hotel.
