Clean, terrific location and convenient to get to.

Cons:

Bathroom doesn’t seem to have plumbing ventilation system for toilet so you get a dosage of waste material smell when you enter bathroom.

Pros:

The decor is lovely, the room was clean and quiet, and the restaurant serves an excellent Szechuan chicken. Breakfast was also delicious. We had an appointment at the US Embassy first thing in the morning and appreciated being able to park at the hotel and walk just a couple blocks to the Embassy. We would definitely stay again!

Hotel is good value for the money, and close to the US Embassy!
Pros:

Very comfortable room. Shower was huge and very soothing

The room and restaurant are worth staying again when we are back in San Jose.
Pros:

The room was great. Very spacious and clean, The bathroom was very large and clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The restaurant on site provided excellent food and service. We would stay again. Underground, secure storage was provided for our motorcycle.

Cons:

The front desk staff wasn't very friendly when we arrived or when we walked by to/from dinner. Felt like we didn't belong there. Maybe they were just busy and concentrating on something else.

First room didn’t have hot water. It was lukewarm. Not a fan of the shower setup.
