Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, es gibt ein paar kostenlose Parkplätze des Hotels selber und ein paar bezahlbare Parkplätze direkt nebenan auf denen man Nacht umsonst parken darf.
Vom Hotel aus kann man Fussläufig mehrere Sehenswürdigkeiten besuchen und kommt auch gut zur Hauptstraße mit dem Auto, von der man weiter auf die Insel oder Richtung Weymouth kommt.
Die Zimmer sind im modernen Stil eingerichtet.

Direkt neben dem Hotel gibt es mehrere Badestellen.

Cons:

Zu der Badestelle lässt sich leider sagen, das sie anscheinend ein Treffpunkt der ansässigen Jugend zu seien scheint, die auch gerne bis später in die Nacht laut sind. Somit ist schlafen mit offenen Fenster teils schwer.

Great staff and comfortable
Pros:

Location is okay, it served our purpose passing by. The staff was extremely nice, call us to give all instructions, great room , very comfortable, nice bed and shower

TV reception was poor, breakfast was very oily and not hot, and though I asked for the vegetarian options, I didn't get beans even though they came with my husband's meat breakfast! (The lady then offered them but we didn't have time.)

Excellent staff led by a wonderful owner.

I would stay again but not on that bed 😬

Enjoyed our stay, thank you all.

Every member of staff was very accommodating and friendly.
Breakfast was good and plentiful.
Excellent to be able to park outside the property.

Pros:

Portland has water sports and rambling for activities. The hotel was close to the castle and war museum.

Cons:

It was run down. Old. The reception didn’t open until 3 pm. Breakfast was awful. No staff directly available. Coffee decanter empty. Hot water decanter took 10 minutes to fill one cup after continuous button pressing. Shower in the room was broken. Rooms are small and the walls paper thin. £127 a night Monday to Tuesday. I would give it 1 out of 10. The economy room had a view of a roof. £127 for a roof view.

Great stay on the Isle of Portland
Pros:

The design of the room, view of the port, heating, great WIFI, and very welcoming hosts. Location was also convenient.

Cons:

Nothing much - maybe having proper coffee for breakfast.. but plenty of options are available.
