Das Zimmer war sauber. Das Frühstück und das Essen im Restaurant waren sehr gut. Fahrräder könnten ein einem Fahrradschuppen abgestellt werden

Pros:

Personal beim Checkin sehr freundlich. Zimmer sehr geräumig, sauber und alles was man braucht vorhanden.
Gut fand ich die Möglichkeit zwischen verschiedenen Kopfkissen zu wählen.

Wir hatten 4 Schöne Tage in Heidenau 🌞
Pros:

Frühstück war sehr gut. Die Lage war topp sehr zentral aber trotzdem sehr ruhig.

Cons:

Hunde im Frühstücksraum fand ich nicht so gut. 😔

Schlechter Anfang,gutes Ende

Wir haben die Ferienwohnug bekommen,der Parkplatz, Frühstück war gut und 2 Damen vom Personal waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit

Unser Zimmer hauptsächlich Bad /Dusche hat nach Schimmel gerochen und die Handtücher waren nicht sauber..Hab mich gleich bei der Rezeption gemeldet,da aber laut Aussage alles ausgebucht war,mussten wir leider in dem Zimmer schlafen.Hat unsrer Atmung nicht so gut getan..Die Bedienung beim Abendessen war auch etwas unfreundlich.Der Parkplatz kostet 4 Euro pro Nacht.Am nächsten Morgen hab ich das Problem mit dem Schimmel noch mal angesprochen und die Dame Frau Winter hat sich sofort darum gekümmert und wir haben die mega tolle Ferienwohnung bekommen und meine Enkelin hat auch darin noch ein eigenes Schlafzimmer gehabt.Wir haben uns dann in dieser Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt.Und konnten uns von der Atmung etwas erholen.Zum Glück.
