Pros:

The hotel is really nice and speacial thanks to Mawada from reception also Emre and Abdullah from Bell team they were very helpful during our stay

Location is absolutely amazing, in the heart of the historic part of Istanbul. You don't need transport.
The staff is also wonderful, they are all very helpful. Miss Mawada and Miss Güllü were very very helpful.
The breakfast is also excellent with many tasty varieties. The WiFi was modest.

Cons:

Regarding the room and comfort:- Unfortunately, for the value of money, the hotel doesn't match a level of 5 stars. The room was small, sound isolation from surrounding rooms was not good (we can hear people talking and coughing and sneezing in the adjacent rooms). The toilet was not very clean. Later we knew that there are levels (or standards) of rooms.

Hôtel qui ne vaut pas 5 étoiles
Chambres sales
Ménage fait approximativement.
En dessous du lit , un nid de poussière + un jouet d’enfant ( preuve que le ménage est bâcler ) .
Mon oreiller était sale après que la femme de ménage soit passer ! Ils ne changent pas les draps + taie d’oreiller.
Vu sur un mur !
La terrasse est très sale .
Les équipements sont minimes
La déco et les équipements sont vieillots
Pas moderne
Personnel très froids !
Le shampooing ainsi que les gels douches sont recyclé ( nous avons eux les restes des anciens occupants) .
Le bruits des chambres à côté , une catastrophe !! ( preuve en vidéos ) tout au long de mon séjour , ont entendait tout , vraiment TOUT ..
Une catastrophe , à fuir !

Magnifique et copieux petit déjeuner ,possibilité salle rez de chaussée ou terrasse
Emplacement idéal de l'hotel dans la vieille ville d'Istanbul
Réception : des compliments particuliers pour MAWADA , accueil , explications ,disponibilité ,conseils, et parlant parfaitement le français

Cons:

Concernant la chambre supérieure , belle chambre , mais passage étroit pour se coucher , lit contre le mur et un seul chevet , donc impossibilité poser objet sur un coté lit , enfin un seul fauteuil , une personne doit rester assise sur le lit si veut lire ou se poser

Die Lage ist super um die historische Altstadt mit Hagia Sophia, Blaue Moschee und Top Kapi zu besuchen.

Cons:

Die Zimmer entsprechen nicht mehr dem aktuellen Standard in Größe und Ausstattung. So sind die Matratzen mit 80/90 cm Breite sehr schmal. Das Bad hat keine Anlagemoeglichkeiten, weder eine Seifenschale, etc. Duschen ist nur in der Badewanne möglich. Für ältere Menschen eine gefährliche Aktion.
Es gibt ja eine Coffee Shop. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig, kann aber vom Personal nicht gehandelt werden. Und ist schlecht organisiert.
Immer wieder fehlten Kaffeetassen und
Gläser. Die vielen Gaeste mit Kindern aus dem nahen Osten ist ein Thema für sich. Vor dem Hotel gibt es jede Menge kleine Restaurants mit komplett überhöhten Preisen. Wir waren schon vor ein paar Jahren hier, leider hat sich alles verschlechtert.
