Great location, but the rooms are outdated, cleanliness could be better, and the minibar was empty.
Pros:

The hotel has a clear advantage: its location. It is situated in a very good area, close to the main points of interest, which makes getting around the city easy and convenient.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the conditions do not match the quality of the location. The rooms feel quite worn, the furniture looks old, and the cleanliness could be improved. The bathroom seems to need renovation, and some facilities do not work as they should. Another downside was that the minibar was empty, which is unexpected for a hotel.

Overall, the hotel might be a reasonable option for a short stay if the main priority is the location. However, if comfort and better conditions are important, it would probably be worth considering other options.

Pros:

The room we've booked was the comfort double room. We only stayed one night because it was too noisy to sleep. We could hear all the shouting and commotion from the street. We asked to be moved to a quite room the next day and a very helpful receptionist named Mawada moved us to a much quieter room at the back of the hotel. She understood our complaint and acted on it straight away. She was extremely polite and helpful. Also i would like to name Eren for being helpful from reception. A big thank you and much appreciation to Ekrem on our last day as he helped us sort our trasfer to the airport when the driver was delayed. He is definitely an asset to your hotel.
As for the hotel, it is good to mention the breakfast was great. Good selection and everything very fresh. Also location of hotel is exceptional, especially for anyone who is visiting Istanbul for the first time.
Nice hotel and greet location.

Cons:

The spa was a big disappointment. For the guests that are staying in the hotel as they are only allowed to use the steam room and sauna. The male staff at the spa were rather rude. Not explaining what is available or show you around. It was very clear that unless you buy spa treatment you are not welcome and not interested. The male changing room needs upgrading and the locks on the lockers would be ideal if they actually lock. Tried it once but definitely would not recommend.

insgesamt kein 5-Sterne-Erlebnis
Pros:

Positiv hervorzuheben ist auf jeden Fall der Standort. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und bekannte Orte in der Altstadt, sind sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar.
Auch der Spa-Bereich mit den Hamam und Sauna Möglichkeiten haben mir sehr gut gefallen. Nach einem langen Tag in der Stadt konnte man dort wunderbar bis 23:00 entspannen.
Ebenfalls positiv war das Frühstücksbuffet, das eine gute Auswahl bietet.

Cons:

Leider gab es aber auch mehrere Punkte, die den Aufenthalt deutlich weniger angenehm gemacht haben. Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer hätte insgesamt besser sein können, und auch die Zimmereinrichtung wirkte teilweise etwas veraltet und nicht auf dem Niveau, das man von einem 5-Sterne-Hotel erwarten würde. Besonders das Badezimmer war nicht ganz überzeugend: Die Dusche wirkte teilweise nicht richtig sauber, und im Bad kam immer wieder ein Kanalgeruch auf. Laut Hotel soll das aufgrund der Lage wohl normal sein, angenehm war es aber trotzdem nicht.
Auch das Bett war für mich nicht besonders komfortabel, vor allem die Kissen waren sehr unangenehm.

Ein weiterer negativer Punkt war, dass wir bei der Anreise zunächst zusätzliche 200 € bezahlen mussten, da es offenbar ein Missverständnis zwischen dem Hotel und Booking gab. Zwar hat Booking diese Kosten später übernommen, aber die Situation beim Check-in war trotzdem etwas ärgerlich.

Perfektes, preiswertes Tophotel in bester Lage für Stadtbesichtigung
Pros:

Saubere Zimmer, tolle Dusche, ausgezeichnetes Frühstücksbuffet, freundliches Personal!
Spa Bereich - vor allem türkisches Dampfbad - einfach Spitzenklasse….. vor allem nach einem anstrengenden Sightseeing Tag!
Sehr aufmerksam, da das Personal vom Geburtstag meines Sohnes erfuhr: als kleines Present lag eine Geburtstagskarte und ein Törtchen am Zimmer!
Hotel liegt 10 min von der Metro entfernt, die in 90 min. am Flughafen Sabiha Gökçen ist …. und das um nur 80 Cent!

Cons:

Die Standartzuweisung des Zimmers wäre im Erd- bzw. Untergeschoss gewesen. Beim Einchecken erhielten wir dann jedoch ein kostenloses Upgrade für ein Zimmer im 4. Stock

- Location is perfect, on walking distance from the historical areas
- Breakfast is versatile, with food variety and tasty dishes
- Persinnel is supportuve and friendly
- Garden is broad, nice to sit by the pool

Cons:

- Noise, Sound insulation is disastrous, my room was close to elevator and stairs, had to shush almost every night somebody sitting on sofa and talking via ohone or to his buddy on loud voice, or running downstairs. I understand hotel is not responsible for the guests behavioral issues who consider they are alone in hotel, but would be good to put sone awareness-warning signs to consider sleeping rooms are just two meter away. After complaint, I was oiffered another room on same level, but as we had already unpacked, stayed there.
- The bathroom doors and walls are mirriored glass, have a gap between the sections, doesn't provide sufficient sealing.

Прекрасное расположение, рядом с основными достопримечательностями и огромным количеством ресторанов. Приличный завтрак. Очень доброжелательный персонал, особенно на ресепшен. Мавада и Коэн были очень любезны и ответили на все интересующие вопросы.

Скорость Вай фай невысокая. Наступает время для ревизии или замены смесителей в ванной комнате
