Выбор только из за зоны с открытым бассейном,в остальном случае вам придется постоянно что то просить,требовать.

Только бассейн и работники спа,ресторана у бассейна

Cons:

Персонал ресепшена даже не приветлив,а так же не заинтересован в обслуживания гостей отеля все нужно просить и всегда долгое ожидание решений. В ванне плесень за неделю в проживании в этом отеле уборки номера не было,они просто заправляют за вами постель и все. Полотенца нужно просить тем более для бассейна тут есть отдельные.

Incredible location and nice staff
Pros:

The location was incredible, a short walking distance to Hagia Sophia, Blue mosque etc. It was so close you could hear the call to prayer from the hotel room - highly recommend bringing earplugs for the night prayer call. The staff was wonderful and friendly and the breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented. It was nice that there was a gym, and a pool to cool down during warm days.

Cons:

The best part of the hotel was also the worst, the entrance was entrapped on a street with plenty of tourists traps and people coming up to you asking you to come into their restaurant or store. Housekeeping could be unreliable, we sometimes didn’t get towels or they arrived very late. There was also a coffee stain on the linen (probably old) and was never changed.

Wow what a welcome to the beautiful city of Istanbul. The welcoming from Gullu, Hasan, Bayram, Reyhan, Ezgt and Manager Nadir Muali warmed our hearts and elevated our honeymoon beyond a 10/10. Don’t stay anywhere else because this place will rejuvenate your soul and make you want to return time and time again. Should also mention the hotel is extremely well located with everything you need and more. Thanks for such an incredible stay and an amazing end to our honeymoon.

Hotel excelente com vista para o Bósforo.
Pros:

O hotel fica numa rua cheia de outros hotéis e várias opções de restaurantes. Localização excelente próximo de Hagia Sophia e Mesquita azul. Tem vista para o Bósforo. Funcionários muito atenciosos e prestativos (destaque ao Allkan da recepção). Não contratamos café da manhã, pois tem muita opção nas proximidades. Érica usou o Spa e gostou bastante. A área da piscina é bem agradável, mas o serviço é caro.

Cons:

O banheiro é muito estranho. Um pouco pequeno, baixo, com o Box que facilmente você bate a cabeça.

Terrible: the standard room I was assigned was located two floors underground

The only thing good: the valet service were excellent. The gentleman who took care of our car was exceptionally kind, courteous and professional. His warm and helpful attitude made a very positive even after leaving to another location.

Cons:

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this hotel. For a five-star property, I was shocked to discover that the standard room I was assigned was located two floors underground. Who expects a standard guest room in a luxury hotel to be below ground level? This is completely unacceptable and far below what anyone would expect from a five-star establishment.

The customer service made the situation even worse. The young lady at reception seemed far more interested in charging extra for a different room or suggesting that I move to another hotel than in finding a reasonable solution. There was no empathy, no effort to resolve the issue, and no sense of customer care.

Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. A five-star hotel should provide quality accommodation and exceptional service, but this hotel failed on both counts. I would not recommend it.

Una estafa de hotel 5 estrellas

Hotel viejo, con recovecos, escaleras para el ascensor, la pileta compartida con los otros hoteles asi que nunca habia lugar, ascensores viejos, la habitacion que nos dieron tenia una columna en el medio, la TV no fcionaba en pleno mundial y no lo pudieron resolver ni cambiarnos de cuarto. No pudimos usarlo y no nos dieron ninguna compensación ni mayor atención. Las toallas gastadas y con agujeros. El peor hotel, no es un 5 estrellas, deco de mala calidad todo y solo esperaba irme y me arrepiento de haber sacado 4 dias, me arruinaron el viaje
