Un très grand bravo à Meryem qui donne de la vie à cette hôtel, toujours souriante, disponible et efficace.
Notre séjour sans elle, aurait été nettement moins bien.

Pros:

A localização é excepcional. Muito próximo das principais atrações da parte histórica de Istanbul. Todos os funcionários nos trataram muito bem. Nosso quarto era espaçoso e com uma bela vista da Mesquita Hagia Shopia.

Guest relation Aynura was very helpful throughout My stay. Especially during check in and check out She speaks both English and Russian which Made comunicación very easy. The hotel is Clean and the food was delicioso.It was also very important to see kitchen chef Orhan and concierge Bayram very good.

Siamo stati benissimo, meraviglioso malgrado il brutto tempo.
Pros:

Lo staff è veramente gentilissimo. Siamo stati trattati benissimo.
Noi abbiamo avuto contatti con Eren e Aynura. Sono delle persone gentillissime e molto professionali.

Il due ristoranti sono fantastici.

Cons:

Da migliorare ci sono alcune cose come:

1. La nostra camera era un po datata e quindi il mobilio ed altre cose rovinate. A me personalmente non disturba, ma credo non sia consono per un 5-Stelle.
2. L'organizzazione della pulizia delle camera è decisamente da migliorare
3. In alcuni casi la troppa disponibilità è eccessiva, e quindi risulta più disturbante. Allo SpA c'erano troppe persone che ci dicevono bevi, fai la doccia, esci vai di qui vai di la. Era tutto calcolato al minuto ed era più stressante che rilassante.
