-сделали сами апгрейд номера с видом на Айя Софью но она на ремонте плюс из этого же окна вид на задний двор где работали грузчики весь день
1. ужасный сервис:
я заселилась ночью и заранее написала что мне нужен поздний чекаут так как у меня в этот же день следующий самолет ( я готова доплатить)
При заселении мне сделали апргрейд и про поздний чекаут сказали узнать утром, а утром уже на ресепшене девушка сказала что конкретно этот номер распродан ( хотя это была не правда), потом сказала что если я выселюсь позже 12, то за 2 часа мне нужно заплатить 50 процентов стоимости, а если более 2 часов - стоимость номера целиком ( хотя ранее заводила что все забронировано совсем)
В итоге я упросила сделать бесплатный чек аут до 13:00, так как мне нужно было уехать а мама не говорит по английски, но это никому не передали и с 12 до 13 четыре раза к моему маме стучали в дверь и просили покинуть комнату
Я написала в службу сервиса- они извинились и предложили выезд в 15, когда мы уже совсем устали и собрали все вещи
Но итоговый сервис - некоторые сотрудники на ресепшене - очень расстроил а также политика доплат за поздний чекаут- нигде такого нет чтобы за 2 доп часа нужно было доплатить 50 процентов стоимости, а за 3-все 100 процентов, это не уровень 5 звезд и хорошего сервиса, ощущение что сделали апгрейд специально чтобы взять больше денег, причем разговаривали со мной не особо вежливо- чего не ожидаешь от отеля 5 звезд- холодно - платите деньги или выселяйтесь, если опоздаете- мы потребуем деньги ( такие не все сотрудники, но мне попалась именно такая девушка на ресепшене)
2. Номер- уставшая ванна комната- дверь облезла по краям, еле закрывалась, в душе плесень на стенах
3. Завтрак - некоторые блюда например салат из моркови, на вкус были подпорченными - как будто стояли уже пару дней и окислились
4. Днем такси не может остановиться у отеля!!!!

Advertises a car park but failed to mention road hotel is on is closed during the day.
The room was beautifully presented and had everything we would like for a luxury stay. The hotel location was perfect with just a short walk from the major attractions and surrounded by excellent cafes and restaurants.

Locatie
Zwembad is prachtig maar er zijn eigenlijk geen plekken om rodn zwembad te zitten. Ontbijt is oke maar hetzelfde probleem, teveel gasten / kamers ten opzichte van aantal tafels en inrichting. Je zit letterlijk op elkaar. Personeel is niet heel vriendelijk, behulpzaam op verzoek maar geen eigen inzicht.
