Alkan umut samet mete was the best bellboys and everybody was perfect thank you guys
The location is excellent, we could walk to many attractions and it is very close to the tram’s station. The breakfast was not bad.
The room need some improvement, few things didn’t work when we got there like the fridge, the safe and we had to call the receptionist for the air conditioner. The shower’s floor is dangerous, very slippery.

You had to use your room towels did the pool and then ask for new ones which never arrived. Aircon was poor. Has to ask to be fixed but still didn’t work properly

Assolutamente non è un albergo a 5 stelle. Ho prenotato per tre persone, abbiamo dormito in tre la prima notte, mi hanno portato il secondo giorno una brandina dopo l'ennesimo sollecito. Una stanza che era un sottotetto mansardata, una piccola finestra in alto unico punto luce, manopola del lavandino mal funzionante, le foto assolutamente non sono veritiere. Mi avevano promesso un cambio stanza mai avvenuto.
The location was great and the staff are friendly. The breakfast staff and Warishah Zia (guest relation) were very helpful.
Our room was not cleaned despite the request to do so. We repeatedly asked for an iron, it took over 3 hours and 6 visits to reception for it to arrive.
Our rooms were spread out over three floors and we were promised the superior room would have a view but it didn’t. I raised this with the reception staff and they said they would deal with it the following day. Nothing happened.

We had a fantastic time at this hotel! The cleanliness was impeccable — the housekeeper on the 3rd floor did an amazing job, and our room was always spotless.
A special shout-out to Sultan at reception, who was incredibly accommodating and gave us great advice during our stay.
The sauna, hammam, and Turkish bath were a highlight for our whole family — we all loved them! The gym was also a real treat, well-equipped and a joy to use.
Highly recommended for a comfortable and relaxing experience. We’ll definitely be back!

Todas las instalaciones sucias, moho en los baños , la piscina de exterior el agua totalmente sucia que no se ve la cerámica y no es un 5 estrellas .
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Particularly I want to thank Warisha guest manager, Sultan at reception, Nematullah and Ahmar at breakfast section. Thanks guys for your kindness and help.

Staff were incredibly kind and helpful, in particular Ahmed and Suleiman as well as all the other porters. Facilities were great such as the pool and spa. The location was fantastic, very close to historical sites and main food and shopping streets. Lovely breakfast too.
The room was a little tired looking and could do with an upgrade including the furniture.
