V pokoji po příjezdu evidentně nikdo nevytíral, protože na zemi byly fleky od kávy lehce odstranitelné. Trvalo více než den, než v recepci zařídili úklid podlahy, urgovali jsme to 4x👎

For a 3 star hotel would be ok
1. The room provided upon arrival was not as seen on photos. The photos are completely misleading. Still after a change, did not get what was expected - small window, dark room, the view to the wall of another hotel. While the chose the hotel for bright spacious room, wide windows and daylight.
2. Not properly maintained and not kept clean all over. I saw 4 different rooms during my stay, and unfortunately all of them had the same issue: the bathrooms felt poorly maintained. The faucets were covered in limescale, there was mold and buildup around the shower door seals, and the shower system itself felt extremely cheap, with water spraying unevenly from the shower head.
There was also a persistent smell of fried food in the corridors. Overall, the hotel gives a feeling of poor cleanliness throughout the property.
The “garden” area looks beautiful in the photos, but in reality it did not feel clean or pleasant. The tables were dirty, and the enclosed seating areas had a strong smell of cat urine. Around the pool, many of the tiles were visibly dirty as well.
In pictures, the hotel appears stylish and inviting, but in reality it was difficult to fully enjoy staying there because of the lack of cleanliness and maintenance.
The gym technically has most of the equipment you might need, but for a 5-star hotel you expect better upkeep. The handles on some of the weights were rusty, the Smith machine was so old that it jammed while moving, and there were not enough weight plates available.
The whole experience felt like a hotel relying heavily on well-taken photos, while the real-life maintenance standard falls far below expectations.

Ekrem and Hasan have treated us well for any accommodations needed. Overall, staff were extremely friendly (especially with my 2 month old son) from room service to the concierge to the spa staff. Room we picked in the end was spacious and clean. Would love to go here again!
Nothing I could remember that I didn't like. Maybe the amount of stairs?
