Hudson Inn Auberge

The rooms were on two flights of stairs which were not pointed out to us in their advertisement, in spite of handicap space reserved in front of their entrance. No ramp to the front door, nor to the second floor. We are in our mid nighties and to walk fifteen floors to our room, was beyond our capabilities. No elevators or ramps!! Would never recommend this establishment.

BE Carefull with billing. The hotel added another charge to my credit card after I checked out. When I called they said it was word and issued a credit. If I did not notice it on my credit card they would have kept it. I have stayed here a few times during the past 3-4 years. The place is very old, dirty carpet, weak internet, sun-basic cable. I will not stay here again.

Insufficient staff,

Very quiet property. Stains in toilet and running. No staff availability most of the time. Some of the resteraunts were closed. Wi fi was not working well. Tv has very few channels.

I arrived at 5:30(check in was 3:00). I had to wait 20 minutes for the check in guy ti make 4 pizzas before he served me. After waiting, they tell me the room isn’t ready and have to send someone to clean it first. So, I wait another 35 min. Then , there is no working TV in the room.

Clean, comfortable and inexpensive.

Basic accommodation, it's okay but dated and the TV didn't work

The customer service is TERRIBLE. The manager was very rude to us and did not assist us with checkout. No clear checkout instructions were provided and no way to contact front-desk at night. Better to pay $100 more and stay elsewhere.

No power. No emergency lights in stairwell or hallways . Absence of staff to help. No warer.

This place was SKETCHY! We got there around midnight to check in just to find a near-empty parking (just one car) lot and locked doors. We went online and discovered that we had to check in by 10pm (not well advertised at booking). We ended up finding a motel to stay at instead. But frankly, I'm glad we didn't end up staying here. There didn't seem to be any security in the parking lot and the place was in the middle of nowhere.

We chose this hotel because it was close to where we need to go. The rooms are on the 2nd floor. There is no elevator. The air con wasn't working for the first 2 nights even though we switched to another room on the 2nd night, we couldn't sleep due to the heat. The technician finally fixed the air con on our last night. We found hair in the bath tub when we first went into the room. The staff were nice, if we see them. There was nobody there most of the time. There's no reception area, the reception area is actually part of the restaurant. But the restaurant and food court was not open most of the time we were there.

The rooms were basic. There was not a fridge in the room as ad had stated. The doors were locked upon arrival at 2045 hrs and lights off. Did not answer phone, even though I had a reservation that stated my arrival would be between 2100 and 2200 hrs.
Very very basic room.

Doors were shut when we arrived.

Friendly staff; given room was not ready when arrived ; simply gave us another room… fine!

ladybugs infestation in the room, the place is in need of some love (wall paper coming off the wall, carpets have seen better days)

Cleaning staff didnt show up, almost didnt get the room i booked.Carpet was old and tattered.
