Set in a wide, open property right in the middle of the city, this hotel really surprised us. The rooms are clean, spacious and well maintained, and they work equally well for business trips or a family holiday like ours, since pretty much every facility you need is there. The food deserves a special mention: great quality and a good variety of cuisines, and the dining experience with Master Chef Subadip and his team was very unique from start to finish. We ate there three nights in a row and never got bored of the menu. Staff hospitality was warm and genuine, nothing felt forced or rehearsed. The ambience is peaceful enough that you completely forget the busy traffic outside the gate, which was definately the thing we appreciated most after long days out. Overall a great experience and we would happily stay here again.
Breakfast was nice, and is the only chain hotel in Bilaspur. There is no property to compare with.
I stayed for 10 days, lunch/dinner was pathetic. All gravies are are the same, they make one base gravy and uses them for everything. The hotel is falling apart and desperately needs renovation. I hope Mariott knows that they have Symphony air coolers in the the resturant. I have never stayed in a Courtyard property anywhere in the world which uses air coolers.

A wonderful experience! The food was excellent, the service was outstanding, and the overall environment was pleasant, peaceful, and welcoming. The staff were courteous and attentive throughout our stay. Highly recommended for great food, excellent service, and a lovely atmosphere.
We love and like for foods, Room and staff behaviours. Chef and their entire team are serving fresh and delicious foods every time. Check in and check out so convenient as per our requirements. They accept all request for early check in and late check out. All day & any time hotel is clean like hallways, dining area & room immediately. Hotel is very big and large all kitchen , rooms, gym, swiming pool are large and comfortable to use for every one. All staffs are like familiar with you from day one and ready to help every time. Chef Suvadip is always ready to serve new, fresh and delicious foods to us. Cleaning staff Mr. Prashant is clean our room any time as per our convincing and help to stay comfortable in rooms.
