Pros:

Very disappointing experience. The hot and cold water mixer in the shower was not working. Only extremely hot water was coming, even from the cold-water line for nearly 30 minutes. I almost burned my skin. I chose Courtyard by Marriott expecting comfort and quality, but this issue made my stay very uncomfortable. Unfortunately, no effective solution was provided.

My stay at Courtyard by Marriott Bilaspur was exceptional and exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth setting the tone for a memorable experience.
A special mention goes to Deepa at the reception, whose efficient check-in process and friendly demeanour made me feel instantly welcome.
The hospitality throughout my stay was outstanding, and Nandini deserves heartfelt appreciation for ensuring everything was perfect. Her courteous nature and proactive approach truly reflect the hotel’s commitment to guest satisfaction.
The dining experience was another highlight. Chef Prem crafted some of the most delicious dishes I’ve had, with flavors that were both authentic and beautifully presented. Alongside him, Sagar ensured impeccable service, making every meal enjoyable and comfortable.10 on 10 Service by Prem, Sagar and Nandini.
