The property is ageing and can be seen in the worn out and ill maintained furniture, lighting . It needs a major overhau
Pros:

1] The staff were very courteous and the training department had done an excellent job on them .
2] The local humane touch was there and in good measure.

Cons:

1] The front office had just one person to handle the desk and had to wait for quite long as the same person was handling phone queries, check in , billing ..
2] The hotel / chef being under a repute brand has not inculcated the multi cuisine food requirements even of other states of India.
3] Curtains missing, Lights with torn fabric, Table tops with scratches…. All signs of needing a major refurbishment/ overhaul.

Neat and clean , value for money, breakfast buffet spread was good

Cons:

Amenities were severely lacking , booked for triple sharing but had only two towels , only one dental kit given , too less coffee and tea powder sachets provided , non existent mini bar , old fittings

Comfortable stay with helpful staff
Pros:

The service was good. The staff at the breakfast buffet, notably Sachin, ensured that our daughter was provided non-spicy food options. We were also very pleased with the prompt responses to our requests- either at the restaurant or room service. Thank you for a comfortable stay.

Pros:

Courtyard by Marriott Bilaspur impressed me on all fronts, comfortable rooms, thoughtful amenities, and absolutely delicious food. The buffet and live counters were a highlight! A stay that combines great hospitality with memorable dining.

Exceptional! Amazing stay , great food, cleanliness and comfort
Pros:

The food , cleanliness, staff everything is 10/10, I always prefer to stay here and I usually stay twice a year for 4-5 days and my experience is always on top.

Cons:

A small suggestion, Buffet for the people who are staying with Marriot should be discounted for the weekdays like weekends. Otherwise everything is perfect.
