Pros:

The customer service was awesome. The room was clean and comfortable. Very nice room.

Cons:

The Front Desk was pleasant, helpful and accommodating.
The only issue I had was the channels on the TV that was available. You couldn't even get HGTV.

No staff support. Venue we were scheduled was canceled 3 days before. Advised you & were told IHG would get back to us. No return call, text or email. Upon check in seems staff were having conflict between each other at 4:00 pm. Room was fine but only. 1 set it bath needs for 2 people . Back to staff at reception told her needs. Came back with 1 facecloth. Upon relaying again was told that was all there was, couldn’t leave station to go to supply on second floor & made no effort to rectify.will not recommend B.C or IHG ever aga

Would definitely come again.
Pros:

The hotel is clean ans smells great upon walking in. The staff was nice and helpful. The room was decorated pretty and clean. I like that they had dove soap and shampoo in the room for the customer to use.

Cons:

The hall leading to the room doesnt smell good.

The best location in downtown!!!! Everything in walking distance.

Basically a very nice hotel
Pros:

Convenient location, clean & very friendly staff

Cons:

Shower had quite a bit of water that leaked out onto the floor. Floor in the bedroom had a slight slippery feel.
