The best location in downtown!!!! Everything in walking distance.

Shower had quite a bit of water that leaked out onto the floor. Floor in the bedroom had a slight slippery feel.

Pros:

The location. Breakfast is wonderful. The man at the customer service desk ( sorry I can't remember his name) is delightful and helpful.

Cons:

The $50 deposit because I used a third party booking.

Gret visit and will stay again. You won't find a better Holiday inn express anywhere.
Pros:

Clean, clean clean! Rooms large and well appointed. Staff amazing - breakfast great - pool great too

Cons:

Don't change a thing = we will stay here again!

Nothing we didn't stay

Cons:

It wasn't clean - they didn't have a crib- the one they had was dirty and they didn't have a mattress- there was a guy jumping the fence to where the secure lot was with the cars.

Great stay and staff. The hotel is very clean. What ever we needed- it was taken care of quickly.
Pros:

My family always stay at Holiday Inn Express Augusta whenever we’re visiting family in Beech Island. The location is clean. Every Team member always greet you with a smile and offer assistance if needed. Great experience every time.

Disappointing!
Cons:

My reservation was for 2 nights. We ended up checking out a day early. We only stayed 1 night. The young man at the desk told me that he had me checked out. After inquiring about refunding me for the extra night, the general manager told me that I should have checked out and there was no way to confirm that I checked out early. I never heard anything else from them. There are cameras that could have confirmed this. The dismissal was disappointing.
