Lovely memorable experience at Novotel, Newtown!
Pros:

I was upgraded to an apartment for free and we absolutely loved the stay.
We needed some decorations for the room, which was beautifully done by Ankit.
Jyoti was really helpful and professional in coordinating with me at every step. I would highly recommend this place!
