not worth in the price.
Pros:

The breakfast is average. the the taste was not that good.

Cons:

They provided 2 separate twin bed. with a kid it was difficult to stay. The promise to give extra bed but didnt provide even though i did multiple request.
The AC was not cooling. the maintenance team said. .valve was closed. it was making noise all the time.
The common areas. elevator and passage way. there is no AC. seems like there is no ventilation.
people were doing boxing practice inside sauna area.

I had a truly pleasant lunch experience at Novotel. The food was exceptional, with excellent flavors, great taste, and high-quality preparation. Every dish was enjoyable, making the entire dining experience memorable.

Anwarul and service team was very courteous, attentive, and professional, which further enhanced the overall experience.

A special appreciation to Chef Aslam and Chef Sahibijit for preparing such delicious food. I would also like to sincerely thank Shabuddin and for their outstanding management, coordination, and support in ensuring everything was well organized and ran smoothly. Their dedication, professionalism, and commitment to guest satisfaction truly stood out. They deserve recognition and continued opportunities for growth.

Good stay in Kolkata
Pros:

The staff. The check in and check out (Ms. Jyoti) was very smooth and comfortable.
The rooms were very nice and cozy.
The location was fantastic.

Cons:

The breakfast buffet could have been better. A breakfast buffet in Kolkata with no Non Veg main course options did not gel well.
Should look into this.
