Decent hotel. Can do better.
Pros:

Good location. Right next to axis mall.
Good quality linen and bath fittings. Good breakfast spread.

Cons:

Rooms were not noise isolated. I could hear outside conversations in the room.
Breakfast was mostly good, but it seems their egg chef had zero interest or respect for the craft. I would regularly get cracked over done eggs when all I asked for was sunny side up.
During my 1 week stay there were 2 political party events and this large influx of party workers & security personnel for political leaders dampened the stay experience somewhat.

The staff were friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

Cons:

The property is fairly old and poorly maintained. The curtains and towels were dirty, the pool area dusty and unclean, and the lobby and some elevators were full of mosquitoes, making it difficult to spend time there. Mosquitoes were even a nuisance during breakfast. During the checking in at the reception, we were bitten multiple times within minutes, and one insect bite required medical attention at a hospital.
