Wonderful experience in the city of joy
Pros:

Dilip, the in-charge of concierge helped a lot for my last moment urgency. Overall, Novotel Kolkata is a very convenient hotel. All the staffs are very warm.

First rate business hotel.
Pros:

This property is conveniently both the airport and Salt Lake area. It is well maintained and appointed business class hotel. The facilities and on site restaurants are great. The breakfast buffet is first class. But what really sets this property apart is the staff!! So attentive, so polite, so caring! When I do business in Kolkata I have to stay here. Highly recommended. You will feel pampered!!

Nice stay
Pros:

I have chosen novotel for the brand first time visit to kolkata for a business trip. It was a very nice stay here ans food was good. All people were respectfull and they treated us well. During my stay of two days i went to gym. In the fitness center the trainer saurav was helped me and guided me for the workouts in a very discipline manner. Over all Thanks for the nice stay. Will come back soon

Will always be my home in Kolkota

Location is perfect. There’s a mall right next to the hotel where you get decent food, shop for discounted items and do your groceries at the same time. There is also an ATM a couple of blocks away which is really helpful

Atmosphere - Novotel is a 5 star hotel and its very evident the moment you step into the lobby

Rooms - well kept and very much comfortable. They have all the necessities needed

Value - food is superb and fresh. They serve local cuisines for bfast and some international fares by request. Sunday buffet is a must try!

Stayed with Novotel for 27 nights and im thankful to all the staff specially Daniel (fromt desk) and the guy assigned on the 12th floor, you guys are awesome! Everyone’s friendly and super accommodating
