The oven burst. There was a fire spark inside the room, while i was in the room. No compensation made

The property is good. But staffs not good.

Cons:

The management is not good. During my 5 days stay. An oven burst in the room, fire sparks were there, the room lights went off and there was a burning smell.

This was a fire safety incident i reported.
I did not get any compensation.
I need to report this incident. I have photos.
