Breakfast was the highlight, while the front desk staff when arriving did not seem friendly.
Pros:

The breakfast and staff working on the breakfast were friendly. The room was nice and looked maintained to a good standard

Cons:

The front of house staff were not as welcoming when we first checked in. Personal in front of us was treated with more respect it seemed like. It made the stay a bit uncomfortable.

Pros:

We love the big spacious room, the complimentary breakfast and the indoor swimming pool! It is the only hotel in Redding (within our budget) that I have found with heated indoor swimming pool and our son loves it!

Cons:

We did not like the way the cleaning team harass you to leave your room in your last day, they knocked on the door 5 times before the check out time, we understand if they harass you after your check out time, but before, we find it unacceptable. It doesn't allow you to enjoy the time in your last day that you have paid for.

Pros:

We only stayed for a night so my experience is limited. However the staff were great and helpful. Check in was easy and getting extra sheets for the pull out couch was simple. The lay out for our room was perfect for us. We have a teen the partician wall was enough privacy for our stay. The indoor pool area was a little small and got busy as we happened to be traveling on spring break. But we felt ok with the cleanliness and the water temp for both pool and jacuzzi was just right. Breakfast the next morning was fine. The dinning room is comfortable not cramped. Options were refilled often, that staff was hustling. The food itself seemed to be mostly reheat and serve type things but for an included meal worked fine for us.

Cons:

There wasn't much. I would say the room we stayed in is coming up for a deep clean. Things like carpet and tile cleaning. The couch itself could use a steam clean but the matress was in good shape. (To be clear normal day to day cleanliness was good.)

Great price. Allows pets. Staff were nice.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the rooms were not very clean. My small dog found several fruit snacks and other leftover food from previous stays, which was disappointing. I also wouldn’t recommend this hotel for anyone traveling with an alert dog — there was a noticeable crack around the main room door that made hallway noise very loud. My dog was on high alert all night because of it.

Wasn’t actually impressed with the hotel

Cons:

The breakfast selection was poor. For example, the cereals were the cheap sugary kind.
In the room, the tiny little coffee maker was in the bathroom. No decaf coffee or herbal tea.
In general, the hotel looked in need of fixing up

Everything about staying there was perfect. The staff was helpful and the price for what we received was excellent.
Pros:

The pool was indoor and heated, so that was nice in the cold weather. The breakfast was good. The room was large and comfortable.

Great place to stay in Redding
Pros:

This hotel is in a great location! It is about 10 minutes from downtown Redding and about an hour from Mt. Shasta. The room was big with plenty of space. The bed was nice and comfortable. There was a refrigerator and a microwave. The breakfast was very good and included waffles, potatoes, bacon, eggs, as well as an assortment of breads, cereals, yogurts, juices, and coffee. My husband enjoyed the on site gym. Parking was free and convenient. We would definitely stay here again!

Cons:

There was nothing that we didn't like.
