La amabilidad de la persona de cocina y la ubicación. También la relación calidad precio considerando los valores de hoy.

Cons:

La amabilidad y atención del staff es bien relativa. Al parecer tienen mucha gente hospedada y eso afecta.
También se me quedaron cremas caras y desaparecieron, argumentaron que se botan después que uno se va.

Hermoso hotel en pleno centro.
Pros:

La localización muy cerca del zócalo. Ofrecen desayuno y comidas nocturnas. Muy adecuado al precio.

Cons:

Habitaciones pequeñas. El aseo a veces es muy tarde. Preferiría desayuno bufet (que lo empezaron a implementar el último día de nuestra estancia)

I need a refund
Pros:

Disgusting, hot, and noisy. The air conditioner does NOT work, there were ants crawling all over the floor, and the bedspread was dirty. I couldn’t sleep with all the noise, and it was so hot at night and freezing in the morning. They advertise air conditioner, but the unit is not turned on. It’s just a fan.

Hotel bien ubicado en el centro, excelente desayuno. Pasillos ruidosos.
Pros:

El hotel tiene muchas habitaciones, están reformadas recientemente, y son confortables. El desayuno es completo, se toma en una terraza con vistas, y el personal muy amable.

Cons:

Todas las habitaciones dan a pasillos que a su vez balconean a un patio techado, y eso implica que se escuchen ruidos de gente circulando con equipaje, charlando e incluso gritándose entre los pisos.
