Abbiamo pagato con booking, arrrivati di sera, l'addetto alla reception maleducato e completamente incompetente ci ha tenuto un'' oa li perche' sosteneva che non avevamo pagato. A nulla e' valso far vedere il pagamento. Inoltre mi ha rovinato il passaporto nuovo, perche' non sapeva scannerizzarlo. Lo ha tutto pieghettato, spero che non facciano storie ora in aereoporto. Un messaggio per il motel: la respobsabilita' e' vostra, perche' per qualche motivo mettete gente incompetente a danno dei clienti. Non consiglio assolutamenre questo posto

I feel you misrepresented the the location. Im a single woman and felt very insecure and vulnerable being 100 ft away

The clerk was extremely nice and as accommodating as he could be when when i requested another room that would be closer to a stairwell and a parking place near the assigned room when I informed him i was afraid for my safety. I was was only passing through on my way home to Alabama and needed to rest. It was 12:30 at night and my reservation was non refundable so I was unable to leave and find another, safer location. No fault of the property owner.

Cons:

As a single woman traveling alone I didn’t feel safe at all. Not even when i was in my room. There is an adult entertainment facility in the parking lot, and being off the feeder of the interstate and multiple truck stops at the next intersection there was a multitude of 18 wheeler trucks lining the feeder rd directly in front of the motel. I was afraid to stay in the room having been stared at by more than one truckers leaving and entering the adult emporium from their rigs as i was unloading my belongings from the car to my room. I didnt even get all i needed because i was afraid to go back to my car. You extremely misrepresented the location . I can’t even relax enough to lay down! I will be getting back on the road as as im through with this review. Dont even feel safe enough to take pictures which is something you should be responsible for in your advertising.

I expected more. Felt dirty after staying here.
Pros:

Quiet location.

Cons:

Given a room that the bed was slept in and the blankets just pulled over used sheets. (Wrinkled and stains) I was told there was no clean sheets to replace them, so was given another room. The mattress was very old and felt the springs all night.
