The front clerk Brittany was amazing other than that terrible she was so polite and inviting she deserves to be the general manager from what I can tell. She has people skills and knows how to explain away any problems that people might encounter due to issues within the actual motel/hotel.
The place was disgusting and the property was extremely run down. Bugs on floor and completely delapadated.

The property felt completely unsafe.We passed several rooms that were gutted with bed frames flipped on their sides, and another room had a busted door with holes through it.
When we opened our door, roaches scattered across the walls. Furthermore, we paid for a double room for four guests, but were only given one bed.
When we brought up the roaches, the front desk clerk was nonchalant and admitted to bringing roaches home from work. Their solution was to tell us to 'knock them off the walls and squash them with your feet.' Management completely refused to refund our money.This establishment has officially been reported to the local health department. Do not book this place.

There is a bad cockroach infestation they were everywhere. It was filthy dirty with druggies hanging out everywhere.
This property has roaches. When I informed the front desk they said they knew about the roaches and every room has them. The water in the bathroom sink also doesn’t work.

Roaches everywhere
it is a very run down place. We drove 5 hours and when we got there we sat in the car for a good 45 minutes debating even attempting to stay there. Alot of activity. We finally got out of the car and loaded our arms up so we only had to make 1 trip up the stairs, that had a chunk missing to say the least. We got up to the room, opened the door and massive amounts of cock roaches were all over the floor, on the table, the dresser, we literally turned around and ran out of there and went and drove 45 minutes away from where we needed to be for a cleaner non buggier room.
This property is absolutely disgusting. I don't know why you offer it on your Booking.com site… You absolutely need to remove it. I am trying to get a credit because I literally did not even stay there!
Property is old, rundown, filthy, full of roaches, air conditioner did not work, thermostat on the wall was rusted and filthy and out of order. The bedspread was torn and tattered. All of the furniture was old and peeling. There were roaches crawling on the wall and the floor and hanging out by the TV.
The location was convenient
Traveled with newborn, first night bed was broken and so uncomfortable, no trash cans and toilet was very dirty and had not been flushed. Was moved to different room, bed was more comfortable, it got to cold at night because no heat in room, asked several times for towels and never got them. A lot of dogs on property that were peeing on steps and doors. No housekeeping at all. It was not a pleasant experience and it isn't somewhere I'd stay again. Very overpriced for what you get.
