Check in and out was easy. The room looked and smelled clean.

Cons:

The bed was hard. The pillows were very small. The a/c unit would not cool down the room, even when set to the lowest setting. The shower water pressure was too low. The sink water pressure was to high....

Rented room so my child would be safe during severe storm but was not allowed entry into room until 2hrs later.was not h

Room was rented via booking due to a severe storm while traveling. I chose early checkin but had to sleep in my car until 4 am because attendant refused to allow entry when I arrived at 2am. Booking showed no deposit required but motel attendant stated a 50 dollar deposit was required. Deposit was only waived if I would leave by 11 am.

Pros:

Availability! I was placed here due to a tragic hospital visit to UK Albert Chandler didn't know much about this area.

Cons:

Blood marks on the wall in the motel bathroom from drug use. Burn holes n the blankets. Aluminum foil in the peep hole. No microwave no fridge. The building itself whole nother disaster. Concrete separated from the stairs. The dust on the ceilings. Toilet needs updated barely flushed. And the USB jacks in the nightstand ripped out. So much more I'm sure I haven't addressed.

originally it was the price it did show a pool on the website even though it doesn't have one and the taxes jacked up the price they had no the way for something I had already prepaid for with an Apple Pay card and I had to re-buy the same price room

Cons:

I didn't like the beds they were cheap hard they gave you one pillow thin cheap blankets didn't have much sit out in ways of cleaning supplies towels toothpaste toothbrushes soap stuff like that they had a few towels empty ice bucket their TV channels were I couldn't get the Wi-Fi password to work in my phone glitchy and only a few of them and half didn't work

Pros:

Room was perfect for 1 night and what we were in town for. Staff was easy to deal with too during check in and out.

Cons:

My only complaint is the smell of the cleaning products were so strong during check in and when we got back to the room that night. But at least I know the room was cleaned.
