OYO Hotel Mobile, AL I-65 at Airport Blvd

They had a sign for an elevator but it pointed to the stairs. The TV was unplugged no cords for it and I'm not a tech. And the bathroom wasn't cleaned before we got the room

Room was horrible. There was leak under the bed. Water did not work. No microwave. Tv didn’t work. Bathroom was nasty. Tub was brown. No tissue! No nothing! Worst and most horrible hotel I’ve ever been to. Needs to be shut down honestly

It was very poorly maintained. The curtain was so nasty. The bathroom door was awful, the air conditioner cover was off and it looked like it came over on Noah’s ark. Absolutely the worst hotel I’ve ever been in

Service was nearly unavailable. Once on the property to check in . Service was unorganized in pajamas and we were made to feel as if we were bothering them. Then 2 times of going to the office for information I would leave after waiting for long waits and no one would ever come to the desk.
When checking in we were informed there would be no TV, no microwave, no elevator and the pool was not in service. We were on the third floor. Once in the room, the floors had quarter size spots throughout the walk space from the door all the way to the bathroom of stains that appeared to be dried blood . The towels were unacceptable and stained and I was very glad to have brought my own towels. the shower was filthy with dirt and stains all over the bath and walls. Then back to those stained towels........ The first thing I complained about when I first arrived in the room . When checking out and receiving back our deposit. I was informed we were going to be charged for 2 of the towels. 🤨 I said to her. " all the towels were there in the room". She then informed the charge would be for one towel that was stained yellow with something. The towel was in the room as a fresh towel stained with this yellow stain she was talking about. The second towel she was charging me for was stained with a red substance. This was from a drink I spilled that was a light pink drink but either way. Yes I cleaned up this spill with the towel. So Now let me just add here I have never been charged for a towel from any hotel stay I've ever had in my life and I have spent months in hotel stays throughout the years for work and not to mention all the stays from vacations and travel. Never have I been charged a fee for a dirty stained towel that I cleaned a spill with. However I was ready to go and did not argue the fact she was charging me for either towel nor for their dirty stained yellow towel. I paid the fee from my deposit and let's just say the lesson was learned.

This is a completely sketchy place we did not even stay

they had roaches the mf people in front desk didn’t even wanna give us no more towels thank god we had Towels of our own they didn’t come check if we needed anything she didn’t even want to give me tissue ! sh** f*cked up! I never experienced anything like that !

The whole place smelled of bad. It was not clean at all. The TV didn't work, and there were no towels or toliet paper in the bathroom. When we asked for a different room, we got attitude from the lady at the desk and the same issues in a different room.
