Colazione,camera e posizione tutto bellissimo. Un grazie particolare al receptionist NANDO, sempre pronto a soddisfare ogni mia richiesta. Ha saputo rendere la nostra giornata ancora più romantica. Veramente tutto perfetto soprattutto grazie a lui.

Le mosche, eccessive, troppe, fastidiose sulla piscina più piccola. La quale acqua era anche abbastanza sporca, non pulita dalla scorsa volta che ci siamo stati¡

Struttura ben accogliente, comodo parcheggio e spazi comuni (interni ed esterni) ben curati. I giardini ed i viali ti riportano in un'altra dimensione lontana dal centro città. Colazione ricca e variegata, arredi in camera rifiniti. Il personale cordiale ed accogliente.

Cons:

Bidet stretto e corto che non permetteva una seduta agevole. Il frigo bar non refrigerava abbastanza.

Posizione comoda per le nostre esigenze, personale disponibile e Gentile a risolvere un problema con la prenotazione su Booking
Colazione e cena buona.

Cons:

La camera non era all’altezza di una struttura a 4 stelle.
L’aria condizionata non era regolabile dal termostato (come confermato anche alla reception), ma solo spegnibile: abbiamo quindi preferito disattivarla e dormire con la finestra aperta, con conseguente ingresso di zanzare.
La stanza presentava inoltre diversi segni sui muri e, sui vetri, erano ancora presenti etichette adesive del fornitore.
La gestione del bagno è stata insoddisfacente: non era disponibile il set di cortesia, e durante il riassetto non sono stati sostituiti né il tappetino doccia né la carta igienica.
